Russell was a great help with the whole experience of buying our first home. He was welcoming and always available when I needed some advice which was hugely appreciated as there is no handbook to buying a house.

Came and spoke to all of us as a group and as individual couples. Showed us real figures and always came up with new solutions. Went beyond phone and email talk and physically helped us with our computer stuff. Never gave up or believing there was a way. Was kind, compassionate, listened, and shared real life.
