Mark was knowledgeable, patient and understanding. He guided me well through the whole process, and was quick to swivel on some items when the current volatile financial climate made that necessary.

Mark provided me an innovative financing package to asst me to consolidate my debt, pay off several costly personal loans and achieve relief on my tight cash flow situation during a period when traditional banks were not forthcoming to restructure my mortgage. I am hopeful and optimistic that the package will enable me to ride out the tide. He has been composed, encouraging, polite and patient in dealing with both the financier and me during some rough spots when I thought our efforts will fall through.
