Ivan was excellent to deal with right from the start. He made the whole process very easy for us, dealing with all the tricky bits along the way. I was particularly impressed that he kept up with where we were at even through the timeframe was extended due to huge delays.

It was a pleasure to have Ivan Urlich help us out once again to get finance sorted. He has helped us a number of years ago, and again for the last year while we were finding the right forever home, and his service has always been excellent. He is professional, friendly and always quick to respond to any questions we have and emails we sent. He regularly followed up on our process to make sure everything ran smoothly, and offer advice where he could. If he didn't have an answer immediately, he was quick to source the information and get back to us in a timely manner. Highly recommend
Ivan was recommended to me by a friend and he did not disappoint. As a first home buyer the process could have been overwhelming and stressful but Ivan made it as easy and stress free as possible. The whole process appeared to run seamlessly (I'm not sure it was as easy in the background!!) and he was calm and reassuring throughout. I even managed to go unconditional early and then settled five days earlier than originally planned. Ivan answered all of my questions, was easily contactable and I always found him patient, understanding and extremely knowledgeable. I am extremely grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone buying a first home or any home. I am very thankful for his help on getting my feet on the slippery property ladder.
