Outstanding adviser
Our process with buying a home for our family was a breeze. Briana compiled all our documents required and communication was outstanding! We could call/email anytime even for small things and explained everything so well! We didn’t think we would have a shot at getting a mortgage but were very surprised with the amount we got pre-approved for.
We can’t say thank you enough Briana for helping us through this process, even though we found our home after a week of looking!
Highly, highly recommend Briana for anyone thinking of getting on the property ladder and finding a home. 100% outstanding.

I had already been turned down by other lenders even though I was using a mortgage broker. I seen an ad for Mike Pero mortgages and thought I'd give it one last shot at getting a loan to buy an investment property as I already owned a property freehold
Brianna from Mike Pero contacted me and I told her my story and she went to work with fresh ideas and came up with some possible solutions..It was a bit of a slog for Brianna but finally we came up with a solution tht worked and I got my loan. Thanks Brianna I'll definitely be in touch again when I'm ready to buy tht next property
