In our household, we - that is everybody but me which is 3+ people - have been ordering all our barista oat milk from Mighty, for over two years now. We go through A LOT of oat milk in any given week so we have been on the subscription which is a real life saver (no pun intended but also true, no doubt).
If you subscribe it's actually one of the best priced barista oat milks on the market. More importantly though, we prefer the taste. Lots of barista oat milks out there micro-foam just as well to be honest. But we have found none that taste as well-rounded as Mighty.
We also like the business outlook and philosophy: low key, efficient, responsive. Once or twice we had delivery issues, never Mighty's own fault, always resolved promptly by them regardless and without fuss. Similarly any product questions, however detailed they may be you can be sure, in our experience, that you get a sound, transparent and informative response. if necessary from the founder himself.
We much prefer that to some of the big and now global brands in the market, with their 'in your face' pushy marketing tactics that may well have destroyed families already around the breakfast table, pitching daughters against dads, milk & cow afficionados against the woke greenery, top notch baristas against plain vanilla country bumkins. With Mighty, you won't have any of that nonsense. Just the produce. As it should be.
Disclaimer: Mighty have not been charged for this review :) It's simply what I think, and as you can tell I am raving about their oat milk barista. Bing it on guys, get your stuff into our supermarket shelves already!

What I admire about their products is the wonderful taste, the consistency in taste/texture and how easy it is to manage my subscription. At some point I had two subscriptions running simultaneously because my family and I were consuming so much of it. It is hands down my favourite plant based milk alternative. Also, I rarely ever have issues with my orders or delivery and if there’s an issue, it gets resolved swiftly.

Always late, always some excuses, never anything on time. On the website it says that delivery is within two to three days. Sometimes 7 days or 10 days pass and there is nothing. They explain that the parcel is lost, which is actually a lie, because even on the tracking number there is still information that they are awaiting the parcel. This is not an international shipment, so there is no reason the parcel cannot be delivered on time and the tracking number should not remain unchanged, because I send a lot of things and the tracking number on Royal Mail or any other courier updates immediately as soon as the parcel is received by them, so I would rather go to a shop.

I used to buy Mighty Pea 'milk' from Sainsbury's and was disappointed when they stopped stocking it, so I was very pleased to find I could order direct from the company. The taste is great and from my research, pea milk seems the best in terms of health and environmental impact. I've had 2 deliveries so far with no problems. (I use it in smoothies, haven't tried it in coffee or tea as I drink these black)

How to ruin a perfectly good product.
This company is now owned and run by The Mighty Kitchen and you can tell. I am so sorry for the previous teams at Mighty who worked hard to offer a great product with great service.
Now the product is simply posted without notice after the card is charged, the product is poorly packed. Obviously the product has been sat in a warehouse when they went into liquidation.
I have tried to cancel on their website twice and it still sent it out, the delivery will be refused and the bank will have a claim raised against it.
Avoid Mighty Drinks and The Mighty Kitchen.

I used to be subscribed. But then they sent out an email saying they were moving to a new site and to follow a link, re-enter all your personal info and payment info for a hefty discount. I contacted customer service repeatedly to see whether it was genuine. Repeatedly I was told they would get back to me but in the course of four weeks of repeated requests they never did. It turns out the email was real, but how can I trust a company with my data that doesn't understand what scams look like and doesn't care when someone wants to check? (Edited for spelling.)

Previously I'd ordered from Mighty without issues and enjoyed the product. However with recent order its been over 2 weeks and not been received I got contacted by Mighty asking if I'd received the order, I said no and they are now ghosting me have emailed 5 times with no reply. Have now resorted to doing a charge back via credit card provider, certainly won't be ordering again in a hurry.

I ordered directly from this brand on 28th Oct, and what a ride it's been. Their website said delivery by EVRI or Royal Mail, but on 29th Oct they shipped out with APC, who are terrible this year for my address. I replied to the order dispatch e-mail 11558 immediately on 29th Oct and flagged the problem. No response. APC then proceeded to claim attempted delivery multiple days while I was at home and my buzzer never rang. I spoke to Mighty Drink's warehouse as the phone number was in the APC dispatch e-mails, they tried their best but APC kept messing up. I e-mailed Mighty Drinks again using the e-mail on their website and then also used the contact form there. No response. I DMed their Instagram asking for a contact number / e-mail and yesterday was given a different e-mail - 3rd e-mail address so far. This has been a shambolic order experience and even today I had to speak with APC again. I just want a refund or will do a chargeback.

Charged my account 3x in less than 2 weeks and to receive orders damaged.
I’ve tried contacting them via email, chat bot and instagram however I have been ignored!
I simply want to return back the most 2 recent orders back as the expiry date is short lived and I now have more than 36 cartons!

I love the products anyway and the powder is great for when travelling or at work and can't store things cold.
I was to share the great customer service I received when I had issue with the discount code. Extremely helpful, quick replies and speedy resolution! A pleasure to deal with and will certainly keep ordering

I really wanted to support this company, but sadly have to award it one star for its appalling and chaotic order processing.
I took out a subscription - 12 cartons every 2 months. After few months, I got in touch to cancel my order as I wasn’t getting through the cartons, and their customer support suggested I skip an order. However, the order wasn’t skipped. As soon as I got a ‘We’re preparing your order’ email, got in touch to ask them not to. They said they would cancel the order, but the money had already been debited. I asked them to credit me, as by now I wanted just to cancel. Then another email to announce that the order was on its way. I emailed customer support again and they suggested I get in touch with the courier direct to organise the return! I then made a complaint, was passed on to who I think was a manager and told that they would be ‘looking into’ the matter and getting back to me. All I want is for them to take their milk, give me my money back and cancel future orders. This doesn’t warrant an investigation! It has now been a week without hearing the manager. As I say, it’s chaotic and I’d really advise against making a subscription.
I recently encountered significant issues with Mighty Drinks. After discovering that my account details and subscription had been lost, I contacted customer service and provided proof of previous orders, hoping for a quick resolution. Unfortunately, they couldn’t locate my account or suggest any way to continue my subscription.
In one of their responses, I was surprised to find that they had mistakenly included the personal information of multiple other customers, such as names, phone numbers, and email addresses. I reported this data breach immediately, but despite following up and even reaching out directly to the CEO, I’ve yet to receive any acknowledgment or response.
This experience raises serious concerns about data security and customer service at Mighty Drinks. I hope they address these issues to prevent similar situations in the future.
Used to buy 4 a week from Tesco and Morrison, until for 3 weeks couldn’t get any. So ordered direct as it’s what my young children drink. Was two days later then promised and it gave my children diarrhea. Since stopped using it they aren’t ill. Got in contact with them to organize a refund and return. Not interested in helping or refunding. Won’t be using again

Would not recommend you wasting your money buying Mighty Slice caramelised biscuit cheese cake is tasteless goo that actually falls apart from box to plate. What ever this supermarket thought that was putting into their chilled cabinet for customers to buy is beyond belief and wont be on sell for long. Big mistake.
So having read below it seems my experience is not unique. I bought Mighty oat Barista Milk, it was long life so sat in cupboard a while but I ‘attempted’ to use it before sell my date. It curdled the coffee, then wouldn’t froth in the milk frother.
I emailed a complaint to get bad customer service. I had to keep chasing for feedback and it took a whole month for them to confirm it was part of a dud batch in January where oats were too fresh. No offer to compensate for my lost and a rude reply saying you could have got a refund from supermarket! Clearly I couldn’t as it was bought months ago and they took a month to tell me why it ruined our days coffee!
They really need to do better. I’ll never buy any of their milk alternatives again!
I have been using Mighty drinks for well over a year. Was using two different ones as I found one of them was curdling up the teas/coffees. I found the subscription system useful, but really rigid with the exact monthly delivery options (I would like it to be weekly or just you set the frequency), but at least they added the function to change the billing date as needed.
I have also had my fair share of having to contact customer services for one reason or another, but most recent grievances have been regarding the protein oat milk which we've been using regularly. I understand it was to be stopped due to production costs, however, no timeline was given for this, and it is the product I have been using nearly exclusively. I updated my billing date to be a month ago, and the day went and passed without any money taken or information whether the dispatching is delayed due to stock issues. I raised the question and after much back and forth where customer service did not get what I was explaining several times, said it was to be raised with operations and to wait for a response in 3 working days. Not heard back for a month. Another month goes by and the subscription renews with again no money taken and no idea of whether it will be then dispatched when back in stock, or is it just cancelled when it isn't in stock at the time of billing??? No idea. But can't really rely on this company anymore, and the free delivery order values have pretty much doubled since I started using Mighty Milks. Sad, but will have to find an alternative.
