Absolutely avoid. Ordered a pair of trainers almost a month ago and they still haven’t arrived. Had to start a claim process through my credit card company. If there was less than a one star, I would have selected that. How can a company still trade when they take your money but don’t send you the goods? Wish I’d read Trust Pilot before I purchased

Appalling company. Product took weeks to arrive and then incorrect size sent. I ordered a 5 and got size 39 which is EU equivalent to size 6. The company told me I had the correct product so didn’t know what was wrong. They then said Asia size 39 is a UK 5 which is incorrect it’s a size 6. I was offered £3 compensation which then increased to £5 then I was offered a refund if I paid the shipping to China!! Shocking why I have to pay for their incompetence. I am looking at a chargeback but annoying waste of my time. Don’t recommend anyone uses this shambles of a company.

they sent me a size 5 instead of a size 3 yet are adamant that my order is correct. Update. 3 days on and they are refusing to accept they have sent me the wrong size. Please do not buy from this company, they are based in China so you have no comeback.
Another update. Thank goodness I paid by Paypal, getting a full refund

I've put one star because after almost a month I still haven’t received the sandals I ordered. However I have had 11 delivery updates and followed with decreasing interest the progress from warehouse to transit, to USA customs, to transit again, to UK customs, to pending, to transit (yet again and this time to me I hope…..). Yes, hope springs eternal although all updates only mention one pair of sandals where I ordered - and paid for - two. If I’d been sensible and read the reviews I’d have avoided this company like the plague. Should any sandals arrive and prove to be value for money I shall of course adapt this review.
Long pause: Well they did finally arrive, one pair which I’d ordered and the other 2 sizes too large. Messages flew back and forth, finally came acceptance that they’d made a mistake and thanking me for my understanding - nothing about my frustration…. A month later nothing more has been heard.
As to the sandals themselves - well the ones that fit - they are v comfortable but I shan’t be seen wearing them in public. They’re gobsmackingly ugly and need a lot of adjustment.
So the original review stands - don’t touch this company with a bargepole.

I purchased a pair of sandals which took four weeks to arrive and when they arrived they were not the size ordered and the quality of said purchase was rubbish. They promised contact within 12 hours - I’m still waiting !!

Avoid this company. No returns policy or refunds given. Item took a month to arrive. Wrong size sent and will not refund or allow returns. After paying £25 for a pair of sandals they offered £3 refund. AVOID!!!

I have ordered 2 pairs of trainers and still waiting for an email confirming delivery. Money been taken from account. I haven’t heard from them at all. Also an extra charge was added without notification. Very disappointing. Let’s hope I hear from them soon.

SCAM
Avoid at all costs. They will get charge you extra but give no mention of it anywhere to you. I’ve also had no refund from them yet.
Customer service is shocking and they will constantly ignore your messages until you get a ‘oh sorry it’s to late to cancel’
Will not recommend and will be sending their cheap tat back asap.
They also remove any negative comments on Facebook and will just block you because you mention they are a scam

Not 7 days posting, I’ve been waiting 10 days and item is still in USA! I have asked for a refund but get no where with customer service, I get auto replies saying be patient!!

Wouldn’t recommend bought trainers at £28.83 but £ 33.15 was taken out my bank account £4.32 more than should have been taken with no explanation
