Bought a riser chair from Shirlena in Cannock store for my mom. She was very knowledgable about the products. Very attentive to my moms needs. Would highly recommend you to anyone. Good luck in managing your own store in Burton next week.

Brought a riser chair from Brian in Newport, absolutely brilliant service, we were not pushed to buy, treated myself and my disabled husband as equals, he gave us plenty of time to talk about what we wanted. Thanks Brian. We would certainly use the store again.

Bought a collapsible Mobility Scooter From The Tunstall Outlet From John. Excellent service and a full explanation and demonstration of the machine.

I was assisted by Katie at the Radyr branch and she made the selection and purchase of my new armchair very easy and she was extremely helpful. Looking forward to the chair arriving.

There was a great range of scooters in stock and Olivia was very patient and helpful in guiding me thru the various models and pointing out the pros and cons of each scooter. This was vital as I had no previous experience of mobility scoooters.

Richard at Burton store was extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We ordered a mobility scooter. Sadly that's where our good experience ended. We were told we could collect the scooter in 7-10 days. 2 weeks later no scooter. Customer services gave us conflicting stories. They wanted to help but seemed incapable of doing so. Contacted one if the directors who gave us a conflicting story. Eventually having chased almost daily our scooter arrived 5 weeks late. Minus the saddlebag we had ordered.
Could have bought the same scooter £300 cheaper online delivery in 48 hrs. I'll be doing that next time.
Middleton's seem a very disconnected company. I hope they work out their communication problems.

Jo at the Nottingham store was very friendly and helpful. She helped us find a mobility scooter that was right for my wife, without being too expensive, and is trying her best to get us 1 to the store before we go on holiday. Look forward to getting it. She showed us how to get it in the car. A lovely helpful young lady

We had a wonderful and interesting experience with Jenny and the excellent information of our products. There was no making us feel that we had to purchase the products but a feeling of time and making up our minds when ready. Very good and friendly interview we came away feeling very special people.

Thanks to Kate at tunstall my buying of a scooter was made really easy she was so helpful explained everything to me ,made me happy in the knowledge that I was doing the right thing and I left the store feeling confident with my purchase

Hi we're very happy with the professional service we received at the brierley hill branch, Dudley...haley and Ryan was very friendly and helpful and attentive to my parents needs, they spent time with us, even made a cup of tea for my 91 year old mom and 93 year old father more than happy

Food was great as always, but they now automatically add on a 10% tip. You have to physically ask to have it removed, which no one feels comfortable doing. I’m happy to leave tips when staff have had big table, or gone the extra mile with the service, but for two people who only had a main and one round of drinks, it’s a bit much

My mom ordered her scooter 1st of April 2021 delivered on time shown how to use it very good service up to that point
But couple of weeks in battery won’t charge contact Middletons they say Will have replacement brought and fitted 7-10 days
Nothing happened for weeks no phone call not email nothing so 14days ago I ring to find out whats going on to be told out of stock so will replace scooter in 7-14 days rang again today as yet again no contact from Middletons to be told it’s out of stock and will be a few weeks so I ask for refund as service from this company is awful and my mom needs her scooter to get out and about to be told because battery died after the 14 days no refund will be given so now my mom is having to have a replacement of her scooter not the colour she choose and wanted which is one of the reasons she brought it think this is disgusting as it’s a fault with the scooter weather it’s 14 days or 14 weeks a faulty item is a faulty item and scooter is not fit for purpose I can assure you I shall let anyone I know thinking of purchasing anything from you I will advise against it awful service only reason gave it one star so I could leave review otherwise would be no star totally disappointed

Visited Middleton's in Cannock Rick was very helpful and pleasant showed us lots of items which we bought 2 of

We had a table booked for 6 in the Cambridge restaurant and were served by a very helpful and attentive Maddison.

The restaurant was busy and it was clear that all staff had to cover a lot of tables however, this was not an issue to Maddison who always ensured our needs were met.

The one downside of the meal was the kids pizza which was not edible so we shared the adults meals with them instead. We never mentioned this to the staff however it should be noted.

Well...

Ordered a prime mixed grill for it to arrive with missing items and having to then explain that it was missing something by pointing out on the menu as the staff member didn’t seem to notice until I listed it off piece by piece 😢

Sticky bbq ribs could have be called just above freezing point ribs instead so had to ask for them to please cook/ heat up my wife’s and mine. Chips were cold and undercooked too.

It felt like everything was a rush to get to us but in haste just got confused?

Starters were great which was a plus, as was the peppercorn sauce, but due to this being the experience now a few times since Christmas, before and after lock down restrictions amending, with unorderly service, not enjoyable food, or having to ask for items to be given that have been ordered, this is our last time attending.

It’s a shame as when the restaurant launched not that long ago it was faultless, yet as time has gone on, standards of care and staffing have ebbed away too.

I hope others have an enjoyable time and maybe this serves as a note that the team do need to sort out the flaws that are not just creeping in, but seeming to settle in for habits now.

Edit: will add that after posting this review and before we left the site we have been offered £15 off our bill due to the food issues today. This review has probably not been seen by the team even before We leave so I have upped the rating to 2 stars as at least they acknowledged the issue. Thanks you

Just celebrated our grandson's 21st birthday with lunch at Middletons in Peterborough. The whole experience was first class with quality food and quality service. Our table waiter Jack was excellent and nothing was too much trouble; he is an example to anyone who wants to work in a similar role. Well done to everybody at this branch of Middletons.

I went to this steakhouse which is based in Watford at the weekend. It was my second time their with my partner & this experience in particular was amazing. We were looked after by restaurant manager Nuno & his service to us was impeccable. He moved us to a more comfortable table than we were originally given without us even having to ask. He gave us just the right amount of attention, really spot on with his wine recommendation but in all honesty what really stood out for us was that he did his work from the heart- his passion was so infectious. This will be a regular for us. Just outstanding. The food was delicious & he really cared that we had precisely what we wanted. I don’t normally go out of my way to review restaurants but in this case it would be wrong not to. Go there. Ask for Nuno!
