One of the best pieces of software I've ever used (and I'm a computer consultant). Mark is always available(or seems to be) and is always responsive to queries and suggestions. Bravo!

MIDAS is fantastic

MIDAS is fantastic - and the support team are the best I've encountered; they reply quickly and always with helpful information that answers your query. The MIDAS interface is easy and intuitive to use. The adaptable elements on the booking feature is what really makes MIDAS stand out from other calendar based pieces of software - I can't recommend them enough!

A very good booking system which we have been using for our church since 2014.
It is constantly improving.
I would value the possibility of keeping different names and addresses under the name of the group. Then it would be 5 stars.

Did you know that you can actually add your own custom client fields to MIDAS? Custom client fields allow you to capture additional information with each client (or in your case, group) record. In addition to custom client fields, you can also create custom booking fields, to capture additional per-booking information (such as participants) too!

A superb, flexible and robust tool.

We needed a tool to manage the use of space that has internal groups, discounted external groups and commercial external groups.

This is without a doubt the most flexible and robust tool that we could find.

They have been an excellent partner providing quick solutions if and when problems arose.

I recommend them without reservation (pardon the pun).

Its ok but I would like to have notes underneath the daily diary so you can see them at a glance when you move a group from one room to another the number of attendees vanishes. There are a lot of small changes I would make to improve the use for our organisation.

You can set booking notes to appear on blocks within your booking grid (either on the blocks themselves, or in the tooltip which displays when you hover over a booking). This is in addition to notes being displayed in the Booking Information Panel also. If you need help changing what's displayed in your booking grid, or you'd like assistance with your attendees issue, please contact our support team (https://mid.as/contact) and we'd be more than happy to help! Finally if you have ideas/suggestions for new features or improvements you'd like to see in MIDAS, there's also a way for you to do that though our contact page listed above.

Midas was easy to install and set up

Midas was easy to install and set up. The online info is helpful too.
There are a couple of very minor frustrations, the only way I can see to add fortnightly bookings is by hand.

Good overall software

Good overall software. The only complaint that I have is that I have to choose full days for my event scheduling, when I slide the bar to select dates, it only selects the first and the last day of the booking. If you want to select all of the days in between, then it is necessary to keep pushing the "Ctrl" button on the calendar page, otherwise it is impossible to select a range of days

Thank you for your review Carlos! If you wish to make a booking spanning across multiple dates, you simply need to select the start date and the end date, and a "Book Between?" box with become available, If you select this option, a continuous booking will be made from the start time on the first date until the end time on the second date.
Alternatively, if you wish to add individual bookings to each date within a date range, you can simply select the first date in the range, hold Shift, and then select the last date in the range. When you do this, all dates will be selected in the range.
Holding Ctrl is only necessary if you wish to select individual discrete dates, but for date ranges, simply use Shift, or the "Book Between" option. For more information, please refer to the documentation at https://mid.as/help/adding-bookings/continuous-booking-across-dates

Our Midas calendar is by far the best. All of our events, classes, space rentals and individual ministry activities, as well as childcare and maintenance and much more are scheduled here. We depend on our calendar to keep everything organized. We have used Midas for years and as we have grown our calendar keeps up! Thank you Midas Team for keeping us organized.

Excellent Customer Service

We are a Canadian based company and have used MIDAS for the past 6 years. MIDAS has by far THEY MOST EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! MIDAS is user friendly, price is a lot cheaper compared to other companies out there, uses self learning videos and demonstrations, has a knowledge base for referencing when issues arise as well, MIDAS is constantly updating and making the software better. I would definitely recommend MIDAS to anyone looking for a room booking scheduler system.

Impressive Product, Fantastic Company

Customer support response has been incredibly fast and thorough. As a hosted client, setup was a breeze, but the extent of information readily available on the site makes me believe that if we hosted the product ourselves the experience would have been just as seamless.

I would recommend this product and this company to anyone looking for a logistics management product.
