Print quality very good, delivery on time, excellent, friendly service.

As a first time user of a printer, I was unsure of what to do and what to expect, the staff were amazing, very knowledgeable, friendly and patiently stepped me through the process. The results were better than I could have hoped for and I have subsequently gone back with more designs to print. I can thoroughly recommend them.

Great service and quality always excellent

An efficient, fast and friendly service from Micropress for The Chap. All aspects of printing, from initial file upload to delivery and mailing, is all handled by a competent team with excellent communication all through the process. We have used five different printers previously and this is by far the best one we have worked with in twenty years.

Found Micropress extremely helpful, competitive and a quick turnaround to produce our printing.

Print quality was as suitable to match the other items we produced, but the finishing left a lot to be desired. It appears to have the grain direction running the wrong way for the fold, thus causing it to crack severely.

Excellent service - delivered on time to publishers and usual high quality print. One less thing to worry about!

I've worked with Micropress for years now. Their print quality is great but more importantly, Samantha and the customer service team are knowledgable, helpful and fast to respond.

very, very good printers. used them for over 10 years. really not worth going anywhere else from short run digital to litho jobs, plus mail fulfilment onsite.

As a long standing customer of 25 years involving 31 jobs, I have always had a excellent response to my sometimes difficult requirements with Micropress always coming up with a positive solution. The staff I have dealt with are very flexible in their approach and my last three jobs were by no means "standard" work. The last of these jobs in November 2020 which was dealt with by Paula Humphreys, James in repro, and Jon Jordan who provided outstanding customer satisfaction and feedback, as the job progressed from start to completion.

This is the first time I directly dealt with Micropress. The account manager was Jack Jellicoe. He kept me inform of the progress of the job & it was a pleasure dealing with Jack. He kept an eye on the quality of the job. And must admit I am extremely satisfied with the end result. Any future print I will insist on Jack to manage my jobs.

Excellent print as usual. On time and staff very helpful.

The quality of the book and service were very good, except initially in one area. The book cover was much darker than the proof that I signed off, and was not acceptable. Micropress agreed to redo the covers and all was well.
Their customer service team was brilliant and sorted it all out.
