High Premiums for ZERO Coverage

I am very healthy. Not on meds, not overweight, etc. I purchased a policy with Michalek Health Solutions. I finally decided to schedule a colonoscopy and mammogram. Things that normally are fully covered by insurance as preventative. Well, guess what!? My OBGYN does not accept my insurance for the mammogram. And, the Colonoscopy was not going to be covered because family members have had polyps. This has been the case for my 4 previous colonoscopies which were fully covered by previous insurance. So basically - I spend over $500 per month to get ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I am beyond aggravated and will NEVER use this company for anything again.

I had an excellent experience working with my health insurance agent, Ryan . He was extremely knowledgeable, informative, patient, and kind. He took the time to explain my options clearly, answer all of my questions, and make sure I understood the coverage and costs. I never felt pressured or rushed, and he genuinely listened to my needs. He made what could have been a confusing and stressful process feel simple and manageable. I truly appreciate his professionalism and willingness to help. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring health insurance agent!

Awesome Experience!

I had a little bit of an unusual situation and I had called several agents. Each one left me feeling kind of hopeless that I would be able to find what I wanted at a price I could afford. Thankfully, after putting in my situation, ChatGPT recommended Ryan. He got back to me immediately and he and his staff were professional and super nice. After one phone call, he had found me just what I was looking for and saved me a good bit of money! I couldn't understand why the other agents hadn't given me the choices that Ryan gave me. I'm extremely happy and grateful with the job Ryan did for me and would recommend him wholeheartedly!

Friendly and easy insurance process

As a graduate student who works a few part time gigs, trying to find out how insurance works felt so overwhelming for me. I live in a small town in Wisconsin, so it was also out of my way to travel nearly an hour to get someone to help. Until I was recommended Ryan to help me with my insurance and finding the best fit for me. He made it super easy and helped me figure out what insurance and plan worked before for me where I am at in life right now with just a phone call and a few email exchanges! I couldn’t recommend him enough. Super friendly and easy to work with!
