They were realtively new builds and he did well with the limited information he had and passed on questions he didn’t have the answer to for further enquiries. He was personable and overall the experience and professionalism from Michaels has been very good.

Although the appointment was rescheduled it was only by 15 minutes and they called me well in advance to confirm the new time. The agent, Kieran was very professional and friendly and gave helpful information about the property. I also appreciated the brochure with full property details I received at the end of the viewing - nice to have something in hard copy for easy reference.
