A huge thank you to Mark and Dexter at Michael John’s Flooring on Narborough Road, Leicester, who were an absolute dream team while fitting phase one of our new carpet.

From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, respectful and incredibly hardworking. Their attention to detail was excellent, they took real pride in their work, and the finished result looks absolutely beautiful.

They made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, worked brilliantly together and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. It is so refreshing to receive this level of service from people who genuinely care about doing a fantastic job.

Two fitters arrived on planned date. Work was carried out to a very high standard, and fitters were courteous and caring. They vacuum cleaned the area on completion. We are very impressed, will certainly use them again in the future, and would with confidence recommend them to anyone.
