when i run out of money, i go to chat and ask the BOT if i can have a free chip. BOT checks my account and if there is a free chip he adds to my account, never have to customer service rep. i can't remember exact dates but there was more than once

This casino will not pay winnings.
I made a deposit, took a bonus, played well thru the requirements. I cashed out. I received an email about verification of my account, which is typical . In the past, they would email me what I needed, but not this time. They said on the withdrawal page , I would be redirected to paperwork, or I could press the icon. Needless to say, there is neither! I followed the directions on the FAQ page. I sent what they asked for. I went through my old emails and found the paperwork from the last time I verified my account. I updated that paper and sent it.
I received an email saying that they could not verify me because the info was emailed to them. And was once again directed to the withdrawal page and none existent icon.
So, to summarize, they have changed over the years. I used to trust them, but no longer. It's a pitty, they were the only ones I would play with.
