customer support helped me track my parcel

Ordered twice now and both times really happy. The clothes are beautifully designed, very feminine and the quality holds up after washing too which is always a good sign!

miamara has become my go to for occasion wear. Every item I ordered is so elegant

wasn’t expecting much tbh but the sequin top is actually cute in person; not itchy either which surprised me because sequins usually annoy me after an hour.

Don’t buy from this company, returned items on 9/05/26 which cost me £10 and have sent numerous emails still no refund or response scam website

I ordered 2 clothing items almost a month ago and it never arrived. I don’t think this shop is legitimate!! I even sent them a CCTV footage of “said” delivery time and date and no one delivered the package. I still haven’t received my refund and have been by them.

I had a question about sizing and the customer support team replied within hours with really helpful advise. Ended up ordering the right size and it fits perfectly. The quality is amazing for the price.

The dress that I got doesn’t look anything like how they present it on their website. When I emailed them the pictures they came with a shitty solution. Don’t waste your money on this website!

The purchase is in very bad qality, and it is almost impossible to return and get your money back. They don't pay for returns.

I live in DK, and if I should send it back to Romania, it will cost me 900 kr. (120€)... And my dresses costs 1.250 kr. (167€)..

Absolute scam.
The items are made of poor material. They don’t offer original payment refund just keep it as a credit.

Just simply don’t buy from them. It’s a scam. They never respond to your email. Hopefully their website will be blocked

Fraudalent website, impersonating miamara.rs. Don´t purchase from there, the items are poor quality , with removed care tags and no way to return them and get a refund. It is a scam!

m extremely disappointed with this coat. The quality is far below what was advertised — it feels cheap and poorly made. The biggest issue is the pockets: the color is completely different from what was shown on the website, which makes the whole coat look mismatched and unattractive.

On top of that, the sizing is completely off. I ordered my usual size, but it doesn’t fit properly at all. It’s frustrating because I relied on their sizing guide.

What makes this even worse is their customer service. They refuse to accept returns, even though the product is clearly not as described. This is unacceptable.

I would not recommend buying from them. Save your money and look elsewhere.
