We recently switched to Mipa from another very well-known provider, and I must admit we were initially a little apprehensive. Given that Mipa's costs are significantly lower, we wondered whether the level of service would be quite as good.

In a climate where businesses are under more financial pressure than ever, keeping costs under control is incredibly important, but not at the expense of service.

The staff at Mi PA are so friendly and helpful and have really made me feel comfortable in sharing some of my workload with them!
Nothing is ever too much trouble and they also make suggestions of things they could do to ease my workload.
I have twice daily contact via WhatsApp at my request so I don't lose track of what they are doing and I know that things are getting done.
Work is always speedily completed and to a high standard. I also know our package with Mi PA can be adjusted at any time so if I needed some additional hours this is an option.

My experience with Mi-Pa so far has been excellent. The on boarding experience was straightforward, quick and easy to get started. The week I signed up, I had a call with my direct PA, Mili. She jumped straight in and started helping me with the tasks I had on my to do list. We have a call each week to make sure she is aware of all the things I need help with and also to give me an update on tasks that are progressing. Mili is proactive and is always keen to do a great job. Since working with Mi-Pa, I feel like a weight has been lifted as now I do not have the fear of a' never ending' to do list as Mili is only a WhatsApp message away, ready to help.

Mi PA has been the backbone of my business since I started out. To have the ability for a professional to answer the phone, as one of your staff, know what to say and how to say it to potential customers, and then pass that information back to me to follow up has been incredible. I cannot recommend Mi PA highly enough. ig you are in business and no one is answering your phone, you are losing money, business, and clients!

I have been using MiPa for a number of years whenever we have required additional ad-hoc support. I would not hesitate recommending their services both for call answering and virtual PA support

They were super professional, friendly and good at communicating. I can imagine them being fantastic for inbound calls / secretary work - that seems to be the main focus.

My objective was to have them help me call people interested in my services that had came from facebook ads, and get them onto a strategy call. They said they could help.

They worked 100 leads for a month, and did not book any of them. When I would jump in, I would set 1 out of 15. All the leads that they contacted ended up blocking my information. I understand there is a learning process but for me that was not viable.

I wanted to end the 2 month contract early as it was not only costing me for their service but costing me leads that I was paying to collect. It was within their right to hold me to the contract. I stopped using the service after one month but still paid the second month.

Again, they were helpful, professional and would be great for inbound enquiries, but if you are looking for call setters I would not recommend it.

The team are professional and clearly have a culture of quality and customer service. Their skillset is remarkable and their responsiveness impressive. They add great value to my business.

I have worked with MiPA for years now. They handle both call answering and PA services for me. Being on the tools most days I would rather messages were answered and my customers and prospects know it has been recorded rather than them leave a voicemail and wonder if I will ever get back to them! If you dont have someone answering your phones then try these guys out and discover the freedom of no distraction while working on a task.

Excellent service from Helena and the team and MiPA. We used them to help manage our inbound calls during a particulary busy period, they integrated seemlessly into our business.
