Olly from Meyer energy was very knowledgeable and efficient, he communicated a time slot, sent a reminder and messaged when he was outside of the property. The paperwork was done the very next day and a copy sent to the estate agent. There was some confusion around a key for entry on my side but olly was very considerate to wait while I went to find one for over twenty minutes. Energy Certificate prior to house sale. What a really easy and pleasant experience. Ollie arrived on time, was very polite and explained what was required and just went about his business with no fuss. Explained what he had done, when we would get the results and what we may want to do if we wanted to the improve the energy rating. Very fair price, great service and highly recommended.
