Horrible return policy. Sizing for slippers is questionable at best and if you have to return or exchange for another size then you have to pay almost $9 to return them. I just ended up throwing them away. The slippers themselves are crappy quality and I ended up buying concha slippers from HEB for same price that FAR exceed the quality of these. No packaging either. Save your money!

I placed my order September 23rd and did not receive it until November 28th. 2 months to complete an order, terrible. Very unprofessional. It was supposed to be a gift and was late. It will now be a Christmas gift.

It’s a cute cup. The straw component doesn’t work. It’s very loud and you don’t get much water. Not sure of the spout or the actual straw is the issue I removed the straw and reattach it to see if it would help but it didn’t. I was also surprised it didn’t come with care instructions. Thankfully it has the flap so I can drink from the side. I was really hoping to use the straw part for my gym sessions though.

Bag is very cute but handles keep falling off. Screws holding them on keep coming loose. Poor design, makes bag unreliable. Too expensive for this to be the case

The totes are beautiful, it does have a smell to it but It goes away. It is on the bigger side which is what I wanted. The design is not stitched it is printed but it still is very bright and beautiful. The only reason they got 4 stars was because they forgot my charms but once I contacted them they just needed proof of my purchase and they sent them to me. Very pleased with my 2 totes.

I purchased the Bordado Tote Bag and it's beautiful. It goes wonderfully with the Bordado tumbler. It was delivered as promised.
