Really disappointing experience. Ordering was superb, with good and quick responses from Thijs. However the delivery was a shambles, 45 minutes notice given of the table being delivered and the delivery men were pretty basic, clumsy and rude.

No assembly allowed, when inquiring about why this wasn't possible, we were told Thijs had not paid the delivery company for this option. So we paid the delivery men direct, needless to say with cash in front of them they assembled the table which is superb and exactly what our client wanted but too small when placed in the large space. When asking if it could be returned, we were informed that the original packaging had to be used - impossible when the table has been unwrapped to be checked! please be aware of the NON EXISTENT return option available. Strangely enough Thijs's responses have stopped. Be careful when dealing with this company.

The process was seamless. From the online ordering to customer service leading up to my delivery. They attended to all my needs, and can say I will be a repeat customer with such a high quality product

Ordered a massage chair from Meubilair, before purchasing I called because we were going away for a couple of days and I wanted to check when they would deliver. Spoke to Thijss and he was really friendly. Overall a good experience!

Nothing short of a 5-star experience. Prior to my order I had some questions, which Thijs answered the same day. From there on the ordering process and communication have been easy and complete!

Overall I was really happy with the dining table and chairs I ordered. The seller communicated with me well and updated me with any changes. Really fast delivery!

Pre-sale of our table and chairs was good and very pleased with quality of the the table and chairs. However delivery was disappointing as i was not told it was curb-side delivery only therefore it was down to me to get items to my first floor flat. I was not told this and rather spoiled my experience with Meubilair.

I ordered a dining table from Meubilair. It arrived quickly but there was some damage to no fault of there's. When I followed up they replaced the damaged parts for no change and were very communicative throughout the whole process, specifically over Whatsapp.

I would happily order again from them and recommend to others due to the high level of customer service.

A fantastic company that went above and beyond to supply and deliver our products. The price was really competitive, the communication was excellent and the products were very good quality. The customer service level was exemplary - even when things didn't go to plan with the delivery company (no fault of the supplier). Although it's hard to know what you are going to get with an online supplier I would have no hesitations to use this company again and would thoroughly recommend them.

My shopping experience with this company has been amazing and by far the best service I have ever experienced! Thijs went above & beyond to ensure my order and delivery were perfectly managed and he was in constant contact via WhatsApp to offer his help and advice. I totally recommend this company.
