Have worked multiple times with Palak and can’t not think about a better partner for any carpentry work in the house. She’s made sure that everything was exactly what I wanted in multiple occasions (wardrobe, understairs storage, kitchen) and each time has made all efforts to be very commercial and very communicating , whether for goor or less good news (eg delays). In any case, I kee going back to them and her.

Amazing service, from the beginning of the interaction - Palak arranged a free visit, was on the phone with me coordinating the wardrobe options for a long time and the 2 technicians that came to mount it did an amazing job. I left them to work on their own for a while as I needed to leave, and they were impeccable - would highly recommend them overall.

After several weeks of scribbling diagrams in a scrap book/ and researching (to death) which colour scheme I wanted. I contacted Metro to make an enquiry.
I immediately liked their approach and transparency from the beginning. the team - Palak, Jinal and the Guvnor were very friendly and accommodating - I got the full tour! They sent Sameer to visit within the same week, who very patiently went through the options with me. And bam 2 weeks later it’s all done.

I honestly could not be happier with master bedroom wardrobes.

The team who attended the house were punctual, professional, polite, and worked tirelessly to complete. Thank you so Sumit and Sagar and the lads with them.

Take it from someone who has a high attention to detail but unfortunately has also experienced several bodged home renovation jobs. Metro did not miss. It all went smoothly. Would recommend and use again. Thank you 😊

It was a wonderful experience to design my 4 wardrobes with Palak(Metro wardrobe). They are expert in what they do. I got such lovely input from Palak and full flexibility while designing my wardrobe. I would like to complement the whole team right from the owner James to the fitting person Sumit, and last but not the least Sameer and Jinal. It was very homely talking to each one of them. I have already received lot of compliments. KUDOS to the team and specially Palak 👍👍

From Nassy coming and taking measurements to providing images of units to installation the whole process was made simple.

The installation was fast and the team kept me up dated with what was happening. The wardrobes are great quality. Couldn't be happier.

Start to finish in 48 working hours for a set of beautiful sliding doors! Absolutely brilliant turnaround times, and we're very happy with the quality of fixtures.

We called Metro on Saturday evening, finalized measurements on Monday and they actually turned up to install on Tuesday.(We however had to send the doors back to trim for height, but they were back on Wednesday)

That's crazy considering any other provider wanted 3 weeks to even come to "consult" first. Anyone else in London doing custom / made-to-measure wardrobes - take a leaf out of Metro's book and learn top class customer service.

I am delighted with our new wardrobes. The quality matches my expectations when I ordered them. The installation was done in less time than I was advised and the young fitters were very pleasant people, who worked very effectively and professionally. I chose Metro because they were highly recommended and I am glad that I used them. I now have quality solid backed 18mm units for approximately the same price as I would have paid for a frame showing the walls job.

There were three things I really liked about the service from metro:
1. The communication between the site visit and delivery. I was quite indecisive about which colour to have etc, but Metro stayed patient and showed me different options.
2. The delivery was very fast. Once I had decided the job was done within two weeks.
3. There was an issue with one door (it had some ingrown stains already) and Metro changed it within three days once I notified them. No questions asked.

Apart from that, everyone from the people doing the site visit to the people making the job and the back office conversations in between, were really friendly.

I can nothing but recommend this company!

Very happy with the design of the wardrobes. Practical and modern making the best of a space around a disused chimney breast.

Installation by Kinjal and his team was very good. Completed to a high standard in 2 days.

Overall a very good product at a reasonable price.

top quality company. Super professional installers. I fitted my whole house using them including walk-in and utility. One of the items was faulty and they replaced it immediately. The quality of the wood really stands out. Customer service and communication is 5 star

Fantastic company. They built 5 new wardrobes for us a few years ago and came back to build some shelves for us recently. We are really happy with the quality of the wardrobes and shelves. They are very easy to deal with, good price and very friendly workmen that come to fit them. Highly recommend.

Luci my designer and Kinjal the fitter in particular were the most helpful and reassuring throughout the process of getting my fitted furniture installed from start to finish. Even though there were some slippery patches and it took a couple of days more than expected for the work to be done, it was done to my full satisfaction which I am very thankful to the entire team for. I highly recommend this company if you want fitted furniture installed at competitive price with no mess or fuss! Keep up the good work :)

Very easy process from start to finish. Design visit was efficient and amends were easy to communicate. Installation was on the day planned and the installation team were friendly and worked fast to ensure the wardrobe was finished the same day. I appreciated they ran through the plan before starting and double checked exactly what I needed, making small adjustments on the day to cover some pipe that was not initially planned for. The room was left spotless after they left. Will use again for master bedroom wardrobes. For the service and quality the pricing is very fair. Aftercare also good, warranty sent across alongside final payment.

Overall really good experience with Metro. We had lots of back of forth on the design of our fitted wardrobes for 2 bedrooms with Sameer and Pelak to ensure we were happy with the plan and they were both very helpful. We had two fitting teams and they were both very good, especially Jay who went out of his way to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We had some minor adjustments that were required to doors and bedside cabinets after the fitting was completed and team delay with these quickly and efficiently sending the fitters back the next day to complete. Really great professional service from the whole team at Metro. Really pleased with the quality of the final product and price.

This project well exceeded my expectations. All the team were super friendly at all stages and the walk-in wardrobes are outstanding! I will definitely use again!

We have just had our wardrobes fitted last week and we absolutely love it! We are so pleased with the end result. The experience from start to finish was excellent.
James was amazing and so were all his staff. He was always there to answer any queries we had. Luci the designer was very experienced and knowledgeable in answering all our queries. He was very patient as we changed our design and colour scheme a couple of times. The delivery came as expected (within 10days of placing the order) and the fitters who came were very professional, friendly and efficient. They arrived on time and performed a superb job. They cleaned up and left the place very tidy.
We would like to say thank-you to the fitters/Installation team - Pappu, Ramesh & team. They were all fantastic.

Last but not least a HUGE thank you to James who always made sure we were happy with everything.

We highly recommend them - Very personalised service, competitive price with good quality and excellent delivery time. We will definitely be using them again for future projects! Thank you to Metro and all the staff for doing such a great job!
