What a fantastic experience. Not only am I absolutely delighted with the results of the Hair transplant I received in November 2025, I am so satisfied with the experience I received thanks to the team at metropolmed. From first contacting them, they were super helpful while also being hands off and not pressurising me with constant messages. After booking they gave me tonnes of helpful information, answered any questions I had and even helped me in recommending some activities for my few days in Istanbul prior to the op. The surgery itself was painless (albeit a little uncomfortable) and the professionalism of the staff put me at ease. As for the results, I started to notice good results after 4 months and now after 7 months, I’m completely satisfied already. They also have a dedicated aftercare team available on WhatsApp who answer any questions and keep you on the right path post op. I can’t recommend them enough for a hair transplant. There is no need to pay a fortune somewhere else when you get unmatched service from Metropolmed.

I only have good things to say about the clinic, everybody very polite, the doctor, the technicians and the receptionist were very helpful with all the requested services. I had a hair transplant, and now it’s just a matter of waiting for the results

Everything Was great, they look after the patient the whole time. Specially I would like to mention Ahmed, who welcomed us and helped with everything from translation to washing my head at the end. The whole experience was top-notch: nice hotel, transfers arranged, and they sent me home with a six-month supply of vitamins and care products. They even checked in every month to see how my recovery was going.

The procedure isn’t the easiest thing to sit through, but it was 100% worth it. Highly recommend!

Everything was smooth. I had solid and consistent communication from my consultant there from beginning to end. They promptly showed all my questions so matter how small or dumb. I came by Myself and speak no Turkish, but the rise situation from the airport to the hotel to the clinic and back to the airport was all very smooth and professional. It’s only two days after, so I don’t really have much to report in terms of progress yet but the only drawback was that I was under the impression that I would be asleep during the whole procedure and I was not. I didn’t have any pain, mind you but I just thought that IV anesthesia meant twilight anesthesia like in the states. Also, during the procedure, the technician and two assistance were talking and laughing and joking the whole time and it was a little unnerving for me and kind of unprofessional but other than that, everything was great.

Everyone was great, very helpful and friendly! Made sure I was comfortable with everything and was very informative. Can’t wait to see what the results look like!

Ik heb een haarimplantatie laten doen. Ik ben super tevreden over het resultaat en over de klantvriendelijkheid. Na de behandeling heb ik amper pijn of opzwelling gehad.

I had seen at two of my friends did their transplant here and result was very good. Then I decided to do the same last July.

I was entrusted in very capable hands. Incredibly satisfied with the personnel and the care they provided whilst I was at the clinic. The nurses are very gentle and kind as well as the coordinator. My desired result was taken into consideration and I am sure I will have a good recovery and can reach out to the fabulous team if or when necessary

Excellent service, I was a little skeptical after a less than optimal experience. Luiana and the staff did a masterful job of coordinating appointments, explaining the steps of the treatment and setting up the post-treatment follow up.

Ho fatto un trapianto di capelli nella zona frontale, dopo 6 mesi ho già tanti capelli. Sono stato molto soddisfatto del lavoro che hanno fatto. La clinica estremamente pulita e molto organizzata, prezzo ottimo per il loro ottimo lavoro. Mi experiencia ha sido un gran sueño que el Doctor Baris me ha echo realidad,yo ya es la segunda vez que me opero con él. La primera vez fue cuando me puse aumento de seno y la segunda vez ha sido ahora que me hice liposucción 360 con abdominoplastia y lipotranferecia al glúteo .Mi experiencia ha sido maravillosa.
