Reoccurring customer

I have made many orders from MetaMetals and every time they have been fast, efficient and friendly.

The customer service is why I rate 5 stars, not only am I always satisfied with my product but if I have any queries or advice the team are quick to help even outside of office hours. Alex and Rainer are very knowledgeable about all the metals they sell. Professional team, beautiful products and impeccable service. I will continue to use them as my provider for rare metals.

Flawless osmium products

Flawless osmium products at a very reasonable price. Customer support is availible at the highest level with nearly immediate response time. I have been in the business of indirectly mined rare earth element for quite some time and hold meta metals at the top of of list of suppliers for good reason. I will return to them time and time again, as I know that good business will be achieved and I will be taken care of. Thank you meta metals!

I'll just add a short review in order to support this b to collector customer company. I got an Austrian bullion in my hand that's professionally sealed in a transparent polymer blister. Small visual caveat here is, that in the blister dirt particles are stuck until the end of times or rupture of the seal :). Anyway, formidable yearly limited collector products that might invite the producer to give former customers a headstart to buy follow-up collectibles eg. with identical serial.

Seriously cool stuff!

I really wanted a certain metal in a wearable form, and MetaMetals (in association with Goldschmiede Manufaktur) made this possible! Not only did I end up with an incredible and unique piece of jewellery, but it came with delicious complimentary chocolate, too, which was a lovely surprise.
