Not a user friendly website & emails are ignored
I wanted to find out about a product sold by this company. I sent an email, and did receive a reply on that occasion. However, subsequent emails have been ignored - a question about the best probiotics for a particular condition, and also regarding issues with the website. One was sent on 6.4.26, the other 10.4.26, so the company has had ample time to respond.
I have been sent numerous codes, mostly for 20% off. I set up a subscription for a product, but when I went to checkout, I couldn't get back to add another item or amend what was in my basket. (Logging out and back in again made no difference, I was still sent straight to checkout). Also, I tried to apply the 20% off and it said it wasn't valid! This was a code that was only sent 2 days previously. All this was explained in the second email.
My initial findings have left me with no confidence to order from Metagenics, which is a shame, as the vast majority of reviews are very positive.
