I was missing two bottles in my order and Customer Service immediately addressed it. They actually refunded me the bottles I was missing and sent me my two missed bottles for free plus a free product.

Well, for one, like all tricky companies, this would subscribe you for their product and you don't even know about this subscription. For two, even though they state money back guarantee, to return their product they charge you! Such a sorry approach, like a cheap cheater would do... Nah...
Their protein shake I was subscribed for unwillingly isn't anything outstanding, talking of taste quality. Besides, friend of mine, whom I have the first order away and who tolerated the taste, had a terrible rash.
So now, to return $132 order that I've never asked for, they're charging me a penny under $10 BUT provide me the return lable! Is it a joke or flout?..
I'll never, NEVER buy anything from t them and certainly I DO NOT recommend the company!

Got sucked in by watching a YouTube tutorial on Metabolic Renewal. Seemed legit when I had a representative call me and we chatted for a good hour on the phone about all the wonderful attributes of their program. She sucked me into trying chocolate and vanilla metabolic protein packages, as well as some Omega syrup. Got dinged $252 USD. In hindsight, I should’ve just bought that $30 container of protein shake mix at Costco. I tried the shakes and they’re nothing remarkable. I actually fell ill with nausea and diarrhea after using this product. I explained this to the representative that I was dealing with this and then I asked for a refund on the shakes, but I would keep the Omega syrup. I got sent an email by this other woman who claimed to be someone who could help me deal with my issue and she basically cut me off saying I never responded to her email and then the ticket was closed, she can’t help me the 90 day moneyback guarantee didn’t look possible and I haven’t heard back from either of them since this was a few weeks ago .. what a bunch of con artists!! Great customer service: NOT! So in hindsight, if it sounds too good to be true, it is, save your money and just buy protein powder from your local health food store or Costco and the meal plans were like any other meal plan that you could get online or from a magazine, nothing revolutionary here. Based on this experience, I got scammed and they’re not willing to back up their money back guarantee ..do not deal with this company if you don’t like wasting your money. Oh and the amount of spam emails from a woman called “Mere” is unbelievable!

I watched a video that seemed very inspiring. I had my phone " consult". Discussed my goals and any health issues. I ordered 2 products that is suppose to curb hunger and help weight loss. One product has xylitol ( which I am highly sensitive too) IBS.I have messaged my adviser a number of times with no follow up. :( The workouts seem ok. I am not sure I am overly impressed. Once again the FB ads got me

Watched a great video about a way to change your metabolism with (3) 15 minute work outs each week. I should have known it was a total scam. I signed up to receive their product and services and THEN learned that you also have to walk a HOUR PER DAY along with the (3) 15 minute work outs. I called to cancel and they continued to send their $132/shipment chocolate protein shakes. Shipped back on MY DIME to receive a refund. Shipment was forwarded to some sketchy place. Just don't do it!!

Chasing refund for 3 months now, never been contacted, still sending monthly subscription even after canceling 3 months ago, don’t order anything from the company.

Avoid at all costs! Good never arrive and quick to sign you up but AWFUL at follow up never mind getting hold of customer service. Still chasing my refunds!

Goods haven't arrived. No tracking information, updates and phone number doesn't work. I've come to look at review to see if anyone else was having difficulties which clearly they are.

I listened to a video, and found it inspiring. Thought I could order just the cd's and the book. Then there was more to the video, after I had signed with my card. Nutrition, that I had decieded not to accept. I tried to stop the transaction, but did not see how I could do it.
I felt trapped, and I was very upset. I could not get through to the company to change anything. I'll never again have anything to do with this company.

Goods never arrived. Refunded in part but not postage, (expensive as from US to UK), so I lost out financially and not my fault. Avoid!

I was very pleased with the personal phone call that I had from Anthony. He really listened to my situation and gave me great feedback.

Anthony was very energetic, compassionate and understanding. I look forward to conversing with him through my journey with metabolic renewal.
