So after a while of trying to reach out to the company I did receive an email from the team & they offered me a refund (which I received) & coincidentally the day after I received the email I also received my product in the mail. I check the shipping dates on the package & it seems that the order was shipped when it was supposed to be shipped & just got a little lost in transit. I am giving a 3 star rating cause it was hard to get on contact with their team members but it does not seem as though the company is a scam & was probably affected this covid situation.

I’ve been a customer of Mesopro for the past 2 year and must say they have a great customer service and super fast shipping. Any issue with purchase related have been resolved within 24 hour with a customer service representative Michael Thompson. He is really professional and attentive!

This is truly an amazing company. Their products are affordable and shipping is super fast! I had the chance to speak with Michael from their customer service via chat and he was extremely helpful in answering any concerns I had. I will forever do business with MesoPro and highly recommend them.

What can I say even if I had an issue the way that Michael Thompson handled any issues and his sensative customer service skills kept me ordering over and over again excellent customer service by Michael no issues. The product I ordered was great had a little bit of issue with the postal office but Michael was super helpful always there kept me informed and checked on everything MesoPro is a great company Meso Pro is lucky to have somebody in customer service like Michael Thompson thank you Michael

your order was shipped to you Marolie, you were communicated with. You received a tracking number which indicates that your order is on its way. The product is going from Europe to Puerto Rico. That does not happen overnight. The order process was delayed one day because you did not put a shipping address in. Michael our rep communicated with you to get your correct shipping address. This review you post is 24 hours after you placed an order in which you left no shipping address. I myself have communicated with you twice already. I do not know how this review is relevant and necessary as your order is on its way with no delays.

Meso Pro sends damaged products
I bought very expensive Pelo Baum hair products on Meso Pro.
The shampoo and conditioner expire in one month. Customer service replied that I quote "IT'S ABSOLUTELY OK" with capital letters. I just want to inform you that this products contain peptides and will be useless after expiration date if not already. Besides that a person cannot use up a shampoo in one month even if you wash your hair everyday.
There was also a hair solution which was half empty for the reason I don't know. Either it was meant to be like that or it has leaked out or someone has already used it. They offered me to send it back to them and if the seal wasn't damaged they would refund the money. But how would I know that the bottle was half empty if I didn't open the box which required removing the seal?
Most importantly the conditioner bottle was broken, the neck of it is cracked and barely attached to the body of the bottle so all the product is leaking out of it. They chose to simply ignore this claim.
I do not recommend anyone to shop on this website as not only they sell products that are about to expire, they send products in broken packages and the worst of all the customer service is very rude and incompetent.

your problem was solved and you still order on our website multiple times. in fact you have ordered over 5 times from us since this review and I have personally tracked ALL your orders and see they have been delivered in a timely fashion.
It would help our business if you removed the review, or give myself and my team credit for the level of service you have been receiving over the last several months.
