I've had to replace the gasket for my shower screen a number of times over the past 23 years due to natural wear and tear.
Each time I contacted the team, I have found them to be extremely helpful and efficient.
On this occasion, Patrick Brennan replied to my request promptly and efficiently, and has arranged to send a replacement part, free of charge!

I’d like to leave a review for Merlyn to recognise their impeccable customer service. I purchased a high-quality shower glass screen door from a supplier that stocks Merlyn products. Due to delays, my bathroom renovation was postponed for six months, and when it finally came time to install the door, one of the glass panels was unfortunately damaged.
I contacted the technical team and provided proof as requested. A replacement was arranged the very next day, which was incredibly efficient and reassuring.
Bill Muldowney from the technical team was particularly helpful throughout the process. His support made a real difference, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Merlyn to anyone considering their products.

It’s hard to find another company that cares so much about customer satisfaction. I was unable to fit the Merlyn shower screen due to my builder’s fault, but the amount of empathy, practical support, and generous complimentary parts I received from Merlyn was truly touching.
Ronan from technical support went above and beyond to assist me, and I was genuinely impressed by the level of care and professionalism shown throughout. Every company needs a Ronan on their team!
My Merlyn 10 Series shower screen looks fantastic now that it’s installed, and I look forward to being a Merlyn customer for years to come.

Excellent customer service, quick and responsive to a query I had about my shower screen. The shower screen itself is excellent quality, I love it!

If you are looking to purchase a new shower then do yourself a favour and look at Merlyn products. On the 2 occasions I have needed to contact them (due to issues to be expected after a few years of wear and tear) the service I received both times was fantastic. You can email or speak on the phone with real, knowledgeable people - no chatbots and no call centres at the other side of the world staffed by people who can't help. My latest interaction was with Patrick Brennan who quickly and efficiently got what I needed sent out to me. Many companies now see after-sales as a way to sell spares at exorbitant prices or even not provide spares for older models. I was taken aback by how generous Merlyn are in providing assistance. When the time comes to replace our existing showers Merlyn will be my first choice.

Excellent, prompt and courteous service from Patrick Brennan. Had a leaking door frame due to incorrect installation and he immediately identified the issue from pictures and videos.

Patrick Brennan was very helpful and responded to my query straight away. I received the part by courier in just a few days.

Our new shower screen leaked a little after fitting. Possibly mis-fitted. Merlyn organised a replacement and sent out their own engineer to fix the issue. Super service. Now perfect. Many thanks Patrick and Merlyn.

Shower door issue over the weekend used the online form and called the tech support team Monday. By Tuesday I had two technicians contact me and both with solutions to fix. Spare part sent out with full instructions to replace. My next shower will be a Merlyn. Excellent support best I have experienced in some time.

I spoke with the technical team to resolve a query. I had an instant response, first by phone and then by email. I spoke with a lovely chap named Patrick who resolved everything straight away and kindly offered a replacement as a goodwill gesture - with a very quick turnaround time. The shower itself is perfect. Highly recommend based on their products and customer service (actually nice to speak with someone on the phone rather than automated messages too!).

I could not locate replacement parts online. I emailed Merlyn directly and Patrick Brennan was both very responsive and helpful. Through some exchange of images of the part and the shower he was able to identify exactly what was needed and promptly send the parts out to me.

Great people / company to deal with, high service levels, terrific.

Unbelievable fantastic service…..- our MERLYN 8 series shower was installed almost 20 years ago-and only now did I have an issue. I needed a replacement roller unit. Also hard water had made the bottom rollers scruffy looking ( if still working perfectly)
Unbelievably replacement rollers were not only available but FOUR ROLLERS were sent to me at no cost- WHAT GREAT SERVICE from this Kilkenny company and Bill Muldowney in Service dept. Thank you all so much

MERLYN SHOWERS. 5*. If you are reading this review then you must take my words VERY seriously. If you want a magnificent shower and After Sales Service that is quite simply the BEST you will ever experience then you must simply look no where else other than MERLYN Showers. There have been two incidents (my fault) where I needed parts and AIDAN in Customer Services was truly magical. No charge. No cost. Free. I cannot and I mean cannot express how impressed I am with Aidan and MERLYN showers. Thank you. 10/10 + 5*

My Merlyn shower enclosure was grinding to a halt after 22 years of use ! I went to Chadwicks Plumb Centre where I had purchased my Merlyn Shower enclosure and asked a very helpful guy called Maciej(Matt) would I be able to get spare parts for same & he took my details and said he would contact Merlyn Showers for me !
I was delighted to receive the spare parts ( seals & double rollers) for my shower doors sent to me by Patrick from Merlyn Showers .
I fitted the new parts and my Merlyn Shower is as good as new once more !
Merlyn Showers are very sturdy and reliable and the follow up service for spare parts is second to none !
