I love that they cover my car. But there are some loopholes that they don’t tell you about. I have a 2018 Audi. Sooo you know it’s really expensive. They definitely help out. I needed two bearings and some type of other work. Only a part of my bearings were covered, nothing else . I looked in my booklet. I sure it was supposed to be fully be covered. But at least it wasn’t the entire price. I guess. I’ll contact them later.

Once all papers were entered the whole process went fast. Thank you.

Horrible service

I had hub go out on my F150 and I took it to the Ford dealership to get it fixed and the manager came out to
me when I picked it up and he told me had such a great experience with USAPS and was talking about how easy they made the process to handle the warranty service. Im very happy it went so well!! He said he has dealt with other warranty companies and how easy it was for them to get it handled!! I appreciate USAPS alot for making it so easy!!

Everybody was helpful and courteous. They helped greatly with communication with my service company, and helped with resolving the actual mechanical issues.
Their coverage of the repairs was great and the service company received payment immediately.
I highly recommend Merit.

First time having service done and it was hassle and your company kept promise on the contract and the service was great with my patience

It was very difficult to get approval. Our car sat in the shop for 3 days waiting! When the approval came in, it was only for 60% of the component cost. The suggestion was offered to "Google" the internet for a lower cost component (the dealer can't do that). Even though there was partial coverage of the component, the calibration and setup were not covered. It won't work without that! (I paid for it since it wasn't an option)

My agent took a day off from work let my car sitting there if i didn’t call to check on car for approval would be a extra day lucky it was sent to another agent I was thinking I only had 100 deductible but I had to pay 475 towards work

Thank you Merit I am greatful for the coverage of the abs brake module.. programming was not included I did I have to pay for that.. my mechanic John is pretty awesome and worked with me and got my car up and running..been going to them for years ..Need great mechanics check out Advance Auto in Pinellas park Florida John is the owner and Chris is one of awesome mechanics..had to give them a shout out.. I was kinda of anxious when the claim first got submitted because it took a while to get approved and it had to go to the higher ups.. I am blessed I had all my records with the same mechanics to show I do keep up my maintenance on my car but again thank you Merit for the blessing of covering my abs brake module I am truly blessed to still be driving my car.. I was aggrevated I had to pay price differences on parts.I was out 9 days on rental when they only worked on car 2days after approval from ya'll thought i could get remibursed for part of it.

I wasn’t happy with the due to it taking to long was at the shop for almost a month trying to get and approval and on top of that trust still wasn’t fix went it to fix my ac got my truck back and pay way more than expected out of pocket for no ac still ac compressor wasn’t fix cause of tires and lift kit which doesn’t have nothing to do with ac compressor not being covered

Scam scam scam took my money didn't honor wear and tear problem with my vehicle. Canceled policy. Saving my money to pay out of pocket that's what's it all about!

Timely responses by representatives by Customer service as well as the appraiser!

This was the first time using Merit. My vehicle has been running great and being maintained as needed. But my air conditioning stopped blowing cold air, I took it to get looked at. It needed to be repaired.

This is the third time that I’ve had a problem getting any repairs covered fully. Back up camera went out there was a delay for 2 1/2 days while I ran around, trying to find my oil receipt even though they have that information from Carfax that I did get my oil changed. Secondly, it was an aftermarket part for 800. The repair shop was able to do some work and found the part for 515 and they only paid 367. They kept telling me that the repair shop was charging too much although I called around to several others Most of won’t even work with Merritt because they lowball them and secondly, the other places with good reviews in my small town would’ve charged the same thing or more. It’s getting to the point where repair shops won’t even accept it because of the low bowling. Tried to cancel with US automotive and it would just be too much stress. Beware they do everything they can to not pay your claim.

It seemed like someone was working very hard not to approve my claim and some one was trying to help me on the down low. It also to a long time for it to get approved. After that everything went smooth.

I was not happy when I had a 1300 bill you all only paid a little over 4 hundred after paying 110.00 a month for 2years.and I called 3 times to get answers and no one could tell me anything.

Dave was very good in explaining the steps and always answered or called back. I will tell others about merit.

Took a few phone calls working with the dealership and warranty policy holders, but overall 10/10 got my vehicle fixed!!!
