Ler me explain abt this company.the worse place I hve ever met.company is unorganize.bad staff.cnt pay u right. the teachers r worse .they talk to u any wy. the principal shouts at the staffn treats them like vomit.worse company to wrk for.Goodluk to the newbies u guys can kiss ass cause Im not.So glad I quit but to them they will. think they fired me ..lol but they didnt..alot of chiefs but not alot of indians.I am glad i am outta there.cause they dnt appreciate u as long as the wrk is done they will be ur friend.done with merco

This is the worse company I’ve ever came across from what they claim to be I only worked for them for 9 weeks and it was horrendous the management have no communication skills what so ever they put on there staff far too much not compliant in health and safety regulations at all considering they have many contracts in schools, employees have no training but are expected to carry out things with no explanation absolute disgrace when they withhold employees wages when they can get away with too. Steer clear they not got a clue with regards to cleaning and or standards. Told me I need to drop my standards.

Merco is quick to respond to our calls and provide a excellent service always with a smile!

Merco services don't just clean, they care too. I've watched Raul on various occasions and I must say, this company recruit caring staff and train them well. Before leaving the property, he twice asked if there was anything that still required finishing or redoing. I highly recommend this company.

Merco are a fantastic cleaning company. I have been using them for a few years and the service they provide is second to none. They have a brilliant management team and an excellent support system. Can't recommend enough.

We've been using Merco as our office cleaners now for around 3 years. During this time our office cleanliness has remained at a consistently high level. We are always kept up to date with anything which may affect our office, such as sickness of our regular cleaner, or whenever an audit is due. Highly recommended Merco. Thank you, special mention to Ondina, our regular cleaner who does a fantastic job, and is always a pleasure to speak to.

Merco is a trusted and reliable company.The cleaners come when they are supposed to, do their job quickly and leave everything spotless. Couldn't recommend them more.

Mercoservices' home page has "100% reliability guaranteed" as the first item promoting their business. And the first paragraph on the same webpage boasts of "100% reliability and satisfaction guaranteed".
Unfortunately our experience of Merco is the polar opposite of these claims. Their staff don't turn up as scheduled once a month to clean our building and yesterday they removed the rota in the foyer which showed that their last visit was in December 2020. Their attendance to our building seems sporadic and unscheduled at best and results only in customer dissatisfaction. I would not recommend them to anyone.
