US NAVY AME shirt
Received my US NAVY AME shirt. I was so excited I put it right on to show it off. The fit was excellent and the print was also. The next day we were already going to do laundry so I washed the shirt as per the tag and the hems came out. I wrote a one star review. The team at MerchPanels emailed me and offered to replace it free of charge. So I'm changing my review to a 5 star because of their customer service. UPDATE: Received the replacement shirt 7/12/2025. Thanks again MerchPanels. I will be ordering again soon.

I purchased my husbands shirt, knowing that much of the clothing coming out of Asia is on the smaller size, a larger size was ordered. When it arrived it was huge much bigger than most 3xl's. I sent a message to your customer service team to exchange to be told that they would not exchange. I didn't want a refund. Customer Service is unacceptable.......

This is really a p.s. on my original review. The Hawaiian shirt with the Austin-Healeys, pineapples, etc., was really gorgeous. It was a gift for my brother, who has one (the Austin-Healey) that he restored. I had written the original review after I received the shirt, but hadn't sent it on to my brother as a Christmas gift. He absolutely LOVED the shirt!
I'd highly recommend this company. The shirts are made upon receiving the order, which takes a few days, and then the shipping obviously takes a while, but it's well worth it. Communication with the company is also excellent. I had a question, so emailed them, and very promptly received a reply that answered my question.

REPRISED - Still have no idea where my shirt is
Originally had an issue with delivery, the company heard my frustration through an earlier review which I am now updating since they were sincere in resolving the issue and I received a replacement shirt - the other must have been misdelivered. Shirts are a good quality which is why I returned to purchase a second, and now with their customer service, I will continue to shop with them and their unique brand of shirts.
