Total scam!!! You took My money!!!

Never received my order or refund. Don't recommend them and will never order from them again. Order was place in December and still nothing. They also offered a discount.

El producto no era nada parecido a la foto. Realice el reclamo y solicite el reembolso, me ofrecieron un acuerdo de reembolso parcial; lo acepté; todo pasó en enero y aún no me han regresado mi dinero. No los recomiendo.

Worst company ever. I placed a order in December 17/2024- with the response after two weeks that the order was delayed and they offer a discount code. Its Feb/2025 I never received the item and the response is that is my fault and that they will provide a 50% discount code to placed a new order, not options of refund or replacement. I will NEVER buy anything else from this company.

I ordered a Stanley and got a generic tumbler with the word Stanley engraved on it.

No verbal communication, or phone number to call and get assistance.

I’m very happy with both purchases. I was especially happy with the engraving. Both look great!

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had ordered it for a Christmas present did not come in until January 27. It’s a knock off cup. It’s not a true Stanley. I ordered it with a name on it. Paid extra extra to have that done. No name was ever on there when it came in I ordered it green and it came in purple with green handles. I’ve asked for a refund. They’ve asked for me to ship it back. This is coming from China Japan, I asked for them to send me a box with a prepaid shipping. If they wanted that ugly cup back, they did not send it stay away do not purchase from them. Nor will they refund me my money.

This was a Christmas gift for my sister and she loved it!

The only reason I gave 1 star was because I had to in order to write the review. I order 2 30 oz "Stanley" cups and only received 1. It was a cheap knock off and I refuse to use it anywhere but at home! They said they would refund my money for the send one, but have not received it yet. Lesson learned! Do NOT order from this company! Cheap products and they take forever to arrive.

Stay away from this company, it’s a complete fraud. Ordered a custom Stanley cup and never received merchandise. Delivery date kept delaying, every time I contacted customer service.

FALSE AND MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENT! When I asked about the Rhinestones and Diamonds in the description I was told it was an "EFFECT" but nothing in the description says EFFECT...COMPLETE AND TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY FOR A PLASTIC CUP!!!!!!

I would give zero effing stars. Do not order from this garbage company. I ordered a Stanley tumbler and still waiting. It's been over a month and it WAS a Christmas gift. On top of that, the tracking is in frickin' Chinese so you know it is going to be a garbage knock off. Absolute rip off.

Would leave zero rating if possible. There Stanley merch is fake.

Horrible experience. Was expecting a brown Stanley 40oz tumbler and it was a Chinese knockoff. Horrible quality, wasn’t dark brown and the graphics on cup were grainy and fuzzy, and not what was shown in the picture. Also the name on it was barely readable and in an ugly font. Total rip off! And was supposed to be for Christmas and was late. Complete waste of money.
