Cannot fault the customer service!!! I was updated and consulted throughout my order purchase and Gemma was fantastic about keeping me up to date and double checking I was happy with my order. I ordered a personalised desk pad for my father for Christmas and he LOVES it! Will definitely be using the menu shop again, could not recommend more!

An excellent experience with this company. I have ordered custom designed key fobs couple of times. The product is of very good quality, well made. The easy communication and super efficient staff makes the order process smooth and effortless. Items always arrive well packaged and in time.

My company ordered the customized cubes for Google reviews, and they've worked incredibly well—our customers love them! We've already seen an improvement in our Google rating, and we've only been using them for a month.
The team is very attentive and easy to reach out to. The delivery, at least to Ireland, is super fast.
