I got an email saying my order was delayed then I got an email asking me to respond by saying if I had got my order or not. I answered I have not gotten it. Now I’m getting an email asking me to rate my experience. I haven’t gotten the product and I have no idea what’s happening w it.

This product has helped me tremendously with my hot flashes and night sweats. I like that it's all natural and does not contain artificial hormones. I would recommend this product (and actually have to several people).

They took money from my account and…
They took money from my account and automatically sent me a full bottle before I could even verify that the pill was working for me. Despite following all the refund procedures including mailing the product back at my own expense, I have not yet received a refund. Not only did the product not work for me the refund process is impossible.

It is possible that something in your diet is potentially compromising optimal absorption and utilization of the nutrients of the product. Also, the effectiveness of any supplement depends on a combination of following a healthy diet and adhering to the correct recommended dosage. Additionally, each persons system is unique as it relates to tolerance and/or reactions to any supplement. So if a person were taking a medication or an over-the-counter product it could be an impacting factor.
