Stuff came today absolutely love it

We ordered a memorial plaque for my late mother and fathers crematorium plot. The plaque was delivered but unfortunately it was left in a communial area and somebody stole it - (Yeah sickening) After calling Memorials Direct and explaining the situation - Josh was extremely helpful and had another one made and delivered within 2 days. I couldn't recommend this company enough. There's not many companies left these days that would do this ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Disappointed with the lower section printing the writing is at a slant. Unresolved with company and reached out with pictures. No response to last email.

Beautiful memorial, Fast and simple delivery

Overall, I’m very happy with my experience with Memorialsdirect, though there were a few bumps along the way. Initially, my item arrived slightly damaged, but when I contacted customer service, they were incredibly quick to respond and immediately agreed to send a replacement.
​The replacement arrived perfectly fine, and they had used extra packaging this time to secure it and prevent any further damage. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 only because the order took time to arrive and the first item was damaged. However, their excellent customer service completely turned it around. Thank you!

Bought a granite memorial for my late husband's grave. Didn't want a resin, lighter one as I thought it would blow away. Memorials Direct were excellent. Easy to use website and delivery within 3 days. The engraving on the memorial is beautiful and packaging was very sturdy. Thank you!

What a beautuful granite memorial from Memorials Direct. Excellent service from start to finish. The quality of the memorial is also excellent and more beautiful than the website pictures. I asked for Robins to be engraved rather than flowers and this was done expertly. What a lasting memorial to my aunt. My package was delivered on the 3rd day after finalising my order. The granite memorial vase and plaque arrived sooner than estimated. It is beautiful, engraving done by Jamie is perfect. Must admit was a bit unsure ordering it via Amazon but we couldn’t be more pleased with it. Would highly recommend.
