The staff were creepy they started eating my food and they told me off for pooing while I was mid poo and true security were strict

I purchased six bottles of the organic…
I purchased six bottles of the organic sunflower oil. However when my order arrived it was in a box which, when unpacked contained 50% non recyclable foam packaging. I do not understand why the bottles could not be packaged with corrugated cardboard as is done with wine and I will not be ordering again unfortunately

Hi, we appreciate your concern for the environment, as does Melrose. The packing peanuts in the box are 100% biodegradable and dissolve in water. They are also great to compost. I hope this helps, and your organic sunflower oil arrived in great condition

Order is taking ages
I finalised my order on the 17/06, today is 11/07 I haven’t received my goods or any email on a date to expect the goods, if I knew it was going to the be this long of a wait I would have bought them from the shop

Excellent company to do business with. Fast dispatch time and my items were well packaged.
I purchased the organic flax seed oil and the MCT oil. I have to say that the flax seed oil tastes absolutely amazing. I have tried a few other brands of flax seed oil that have tasted horrible and seemed to be off.
The MCT oil is fantastic also, I have it in my coffee and there is no awful taint from it like MCT oil I have used in the past. I will definitely be purchasing again from Melrose!!
