It was one of the best decisions I ever made. I had labiaplasty and vaginoplasty with Dr. Bekir Sen. I talked to a few clinics in Istanbul and chose him. Noone explained things as good as he did. He explained all the details of the surgery and post-op period.
The whole team was amazing. The coordinator Seda organized everything for me. Their nurse took care of me like my sister. Elif from Whatsapp answered every single panic messge I sent.
The hospital Medicana was clean and looked like a five star hotel. Everyone spoke English there. So I felt safe the whole time.
Healing wasn’t easy, not gonna lie. The first two weeks it looked like a swollen mess. But after week five it all changed. The shape, colour, tightness, everything. Now it looks super natural and neat. And it feels perfect.

I just wanted to say a massive thankyou. Iv had been following dr mehmet bekir sen for a while now, doing all my research and felt this was the best way forwards for me. I WhatsApp the number and the reply was instant and very helpful. I paid a deposit and everything was booked in Inc transfers, hotel with breakfast. I went with my husband and everything was included for him also. From the time I got there until the end was 5 star care. We was picked up from the airport in style in the luxury vehicles, to the hotel ( which was beautiful) to the clinic we had to do nothing. When I got taken to the clinic it was clean and luxurious. I was given a translator ( dafne) who was absolutely amazing! She was so caring and considerate even to my husband, giving him food and offering him a blanket and pillows for comfort while I went down for my op. Initially I went for two procedures but when dr mehmet bekir examined me he was more concerned about getting the “ more important done” but I chose to pay that little extra to have it all done. So I had perineoplasty, vaginalplasty and labiaplasty surgery. I felt so embarrassed however when it came to it everyone was so understanding, caring and kind. I’m post op 2 days, yes I’m feeling a bit rough but when asked advice they would promptly reply back with all sorts of advice and answers to any questions I had. Also all medications were given to me and explained step by step by the lovely dafne and team. I honestly was very reluctant with this whole journey but I’m so glad I did it. I’m very happy and with the end result. I can’t thank these guys enough.

Je vais faire un poste en français, je suis venue me faire opérer, il y a une semaine d’ailleurs j’ai laissé un avis négatif l’expérience c’était catastrophique.
Je mets en garde contre cet homme et sa pratique, au bout d’une semaine d’opération, les douleurs sont atroces, insupportable et la prise en charge des anti-inflammatoires n’est pas assez fort par rapport à la douleur.
Je relance le dr pour savoir si c’est normal, mais je n’ai aucun retour.
N’allez pas chez lui, c’est la pire expérience de ma vie.
Il mérite que je pose une plainte contre eux, pas du tout professionnel, ni avant l’opération ni après, ni quand nous rentrons dans notre maison. Pas de suivie après l opération , vous ne savez ni marcher, ni rester couché, ni rester assis et tout ça on ne vous le dit pas
Il faut compter 15 jours de convalescence minimum 25 jours pour que les fils tombes et pas de sport pendant deux mois et tout ça on ne vous le dit pas avant. Leur objectif c’est de vendre des opérations, c’est une boucherie, il pense qu’à leur image et l’argent.
Je vous déconseille, faites attention c’est ma troisième opération en Turquie et celle-là a été la pire expérience. Le reste de mes opérations se sont très bien passées mais c’était pas chez lui
Je n’hésiterai pas poser une plainte contre cette pratique barbare.

I came to Dr Mehmet Bekir for a revision after having a bad experience with another surgeon and I was amazed with the outcome of this surgery. Both the doctor and the team were so kind, caring and informative and it was truly a lovely experience. I felt safe at all times and both me and my partner still speak about how great this experience was compared to the last surgery I had at a different clinic.

I had surgery recently, and before going ahead, I did a lot of research. Dr. Mehmet Bekir Şen’s clinic caught my attention, mainly because of all the great reviews. I got in touch with them, and from the start, they listened and talked me through every stage of the procedure , both before and after.

After all the conversations, I decided to go ahead, but I was still unsure what to expect. Travelling from London to another country, especially for medical treatment where you’re not familiar with the healthcare system, can be scary and worrying. I had been told by Dr. Mehmet Bekir Şen that someone would be there to pick me up, but I kindly declined their offer as I preferred to stay with a friend.

All my anxiety disappeared after meeting Dr. Mehmet Bekir Şen and being in his team’s hands. Any questions I had were answered patiently, and I was made to feel 100% comfortable. Instead of feeling worried, I was actually excited for my procedure.

Before the surgery, they carried out many detailed tests to make sure I was fully fit and ready, which gave me even more reassurance. The level of care was amazing.

The aftercare was just as impressive Dr. Mehmet visited regularly, and his team were absolutely fantastic, especially Zahra, Sedanur, Nurgül, and Seda. Their attention and care made everything feel easy and stress-free.

The results of my surgery were beyond what I expected, absolutely amazing. I did get some cheaper quotes from other clinics, but this one was reasonably priced and worth every penny. My biggest concern wasn’t the cost, but the fear of being unhappy with the results. Thankfully, it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

I highly recommend this clinic to anyone thinking of having a similar procedure. Put your trust in Dr. Mehmet and his team, and you will have a smooth, safe, and comfortable experience.

Well what can I say im glad I made the right choice overall... amazing Dr. Bekir Sen.
I have six children 5 c-section 1 natural birth with all the joy it came with complications of being a mother.
I had a cystocele, rectocele, virginoplasty, labia plasty, clitorus hood reduction, labia majora reduction on the 29th May 2025, i was so worried that it will sting after and whilst urination so I put if off for years I was reassured this would not be the case and yes I felt and still fell no pain just a dull ache due to the stitches of which it is less day by day. Im so thank full of all the communication via video calls, voice calls and voice notes directly from Dr. Bekir Sen this man is a diamond and fill's you with confidence before, during and after surgery and his team an OUTSTANDING OVATION 👏 is needed truly from Elif of whom was ALWAYS replying in an instant anytime of day or night even most occasions taken into account the time difference via whattsapp, Defne amazing 👏 and Sky most af all was my personal interpreter and confidont, she held my hand and kept me calm as I had no companion and she made me feel safe ❤️. Amazing staff. Luxurious and very clean hospital. The dr is amazing at his job and very kind. The coordinator and all the nurses but specific Sky, Zehra and Tuba were the best; very kind and helpful, made the experience very smooth and felt like they were your friends supporting you every step. I recommend to all my friends this dr and his staff. This was the best care I have had in turkey!

I was so nervous and bit apprehensive before I arrived as I had never gone abroad for surgery but from the moment I landed the communication and care was 5* and now I’m so glad I chose to do this and I can’t wait to see how my life has changed. Einer der besten Mediziner, die ich kenne. Als ich aus Berlin kam, war ich ehrlich gesagt etwas nervös. Aber er ist eine vertrauenswürdige und sympathische Person. Meine Operation verlief sehr gut. Außerdem habe ich İstanbul sehr gemocht. Die Klinik ist sauber, und das Personal ist freundlich. Ich kann ihn für eine Labiaplastik- Operation empfehlen..

Where do I begin!!? Dr Mehmet Bekir Sen has been incredible. I have travelled from London to Antalya. This is so unlikely of me as I do not trust or believe any procedures abroad . But I have kept this doctor above and beyond anything or anyone. I have heavily researched regarding genital surgeons and surgeries in London -UK.
I have not come across the way this doctor does the procedures, I wanted a pretty looking V bits :)) All other doctors are very conservative on the outcome of the entire surgery. Also us ladies have to really be careful as so many nerves are there and my main fear was to loose any sensitivity that would be the end of me in a nut shell..(sounds dramatic but ladies would know )

I have been so insecure about my private area for many many years . Especially after having 4 children it’s got worse.
Anyhow , I flew over to Antalya for the surgery it was super smooth communication, the ladies were very helpful in the clinic. Please read your documents carefully. No rush.
Airport/ hotel transfer guys were super polite and respectful. With their Very luxurious vehicles .
The paperwork has been given post op care. Any questions have been answered timely. Medications were administered by me given by the doctor. Healing period was exactly how’s it’s been told no shocking surprises. I’ve had bruises on my thighs due to fat removal that’s all normal. Take your long flight socks with you, if you’re going with extra fat transfer . Approximately 8weeks + no sex , or major activities and take your time on healing . A wonderful news is I am now 5 months post surgery and sensitivities are there and even better in everything too.

I would highly highly recommend Dr Mehmet Bekir Sen to anyone looking to improve their private area looks and feel. He is the best and very experienced in this field .

Die Klinik in İstanbul ist wirklich schön und alles ist auf die Patienten ausgerichtet. Das Hotel, in dem ich untergebracht war, hat mir sehr gut gefalen. Das Team ist freundlich und fürsorglich. Nach der Operation hatte ich keine Probleme. Ich habe jetzt ein wenig Schmerzen, aber nicht allzu schlimm. Ich danke ihnen für alles, Dr.Bekir!

I was travelling from Uk to Antalya for the surgery and I was very impressed about the treatment and very quality transfer and friendly staff, Dr Mehmet Bekir Sen is absolutely the king of the perfection of making women building confidence after giving birth,the master of gynaecology! The nurses and staff working with him ,also the lady she prepared the food post procedure are amazing. Very good information post procedure, equipment and medication provided, no pain or complications at all .Highly recommended and definitely back again.

Hello, I want to share my experience about clitoropexy and clitoral hood reduction surgery. I needed a really skilled surgeon who knows how to approach such delicate area. I am 11 days post operation and I feel overhelmed! Pain was minimal, I needed painkillers only for first two days. They give all needed medication so you don’t need to worry. My healing period is going good! I have no discomfort anymore and I felt nerves tingling and bubbling after a few days what indicated that nerves are still intact, what is probably why took me so long to decide if I am ready for surgery. Dr. Mehmet Bekir Sen achieved my dream look meanwhile doing everything what my anatomy allows. I am super happy I came to see this doctor!!!! Highly recommend. Kind regards, N S

Hi everyone my name is Kimete, Im a 48 year old mother of 5 and just wanted to share my experiences with Dr. Sen Mehmet and his team.
For over 20 years I didn’t feel like a woman due to having bladder problems which made it impossible to hold in my urine. I had many embarrassing moments in my life where I had to leave events due to leaking urine and smelling badly. These moments affected my life style a lot.
I was extremely nervous for this operation though my worries were put to ease by Elif, who spent many hours explaining every step of the operation process.
The staff was amazing throughout the journey, providing me with a driver to get me to and from my hotel as I am not a native of Turkey as-well as being extremely friendly.
I had my operation in August and I have to say that Dr. Sen has absolutely changed my life for the better. He has made me feel alive again and I can finally live a normal life after 20 years.
And I can’t begin to thank him and his staff, who have check in on me months later to see how I'm fairing since my operation, enough. I keep Dr. Sen and his family in my prayers every night and can’t recommend him enough. He has changed my life so much with this operation.

Dr. Mehmet Bekir Sen hat fabelhafte Arbeit geleistet. Ich befinde mich noch im Anfangsstadium der Genesung, könnte aber mit dem asthetischen Ergebnis nicht zufriedener sein. Der Eingriff selbst war völlig schmerzfrei, und sowohl Dr. Sen als auch seine Krankenschwester Elif waren waehrend des gesamten Eingriffs sehr unterhaltsam, was die Nerven beruhigte. Die ersten 1-2 Tage waren unangenehm , aber solange ich meine Schmerztabletten einhielt, war es ertraglich. Ich hatte mir ein paar detailliertere Anweisungen für die Zeit nach der Operation gewünscht, um das Gefühl zu haben, dass ich vollstandig darüber informiert bin was mich erwartet (z.B. wie lange ich bestimmte Schritte fortsetzen muss, was ich in jeder Phase der Genesung zu erwarten habe, usw.) Aber davon abgesehen war sein Team sehr entgegenkommend zu all meinen E-mails. Vielen Dank!
