I paid $250 for vapes through this website but never received any goods.

The website does not provide bank details upfront. Instead, after placing an order, they send payment instructions. If you choose PayID, they provide a phone number, which is registered under the name Summer Clarke.

Before payment, they respond quickly and appear helpful. However, once payment is made, they completely stop responding. I have sent multiple messages via their WhatsApp number but have received no reply.

This appears to be a scam. I strongly recommend that others do not make any payments to this business.

Do not use megavapes Australia. It is a scam. They take your money & do not deliver.

Paid $243.94 to these shitbag scammers 11/06/2026 - order not received. This a double pronged scam where they then attempt to extort more money (another $250 in my case) to facilitate 'discreet' delivery. Fortunately I didn't fall for the second scam. Don't fall for their bullshit. Instead, I encourage you to flood their website with fake orders as I have been doing :-)

Bought vapes but got scammed. Using Australia Post VIP service but Auspost don’t offer that service. RED FLAG!!!

Was told had to do bank transfer and then advised that items were held up but had to pay Clearance fee in order to get items. Unfortunately lost over $240.

Paid $275 on 4/6 26, Chatted on several occasions about type of vape method etc. I did not hear a message since, and now there is no website for Megavapes. So! As everyone else is saying SCAM, and check online stores reviews before parting with your money.

Would not even give 1 star. Totally ripped off $243. They cease all contact once they get your money. I should have seen the red flags. Bank transfer and contact through WhatsApp. DO NOT BUY THESE PEOPLE IT IS A SCAM. I’ve raised a dispute with my bank but doubtful I’ll get my money back.

Same story here as all the others. This is a total scam and I can't believe that I didn't trust my instincts. Paid for the vapes, tracking number was send and then came the email form Ausralian Transit Post asking for a payment because the order was labelled discreet and that I had to pay more money which would be refunded after it got delivered. I went on their website and made contact and asked about the extra payment andit all seemed legit. Anyway, I make the payment and then someone rings me a few hours later saying funds weren't cleared and that the would send me new account details to pay again. I said NO, now he keeps messaging me...

Placed and order, all looked legit. Then sent and email confirming that they had received our order. Then they sent an email directly after that with payment details - offering either Direct Bank Details or PayID. I thought it was a bit weird that they didn’t ask for payment once going ahead and confirming what products you wants to purchase, so before making payment - I googled the BSB number that was provided for payment to see if it was a legitimate bank account and it came back that it was an account with the Bendigo Bank - South Australian Branch……so thought it was all good.

When I went to make payment, our banking app was down for maintenance, so couldn’t make the payment there and then and had to make a couple of hours after receiving the bank details from this “business” Went ahead and made payment then as instructed by this business sent a screenshot to confirm via email. They then replied back straight away and said: “Please cancel payment. If you are unable to do it yourself, call your bank to revert the transaction” I reapplied “why”?! Then they said “ Because you took longer than the required timeframe to complete payment.
You were supposed to request new account details as we do change them every day. When you cancel it and receive your money back, please request for new payment details”
Then proceeded to continue asking when I was going to receive my products, communications then ceased!! $300 our the window - DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDERS WITH THIS SO CALLED “BUSINESS”!!! They also claim to be a registered Australian business - that’s also a load of shit!! DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDERS WITH THIS SCAMMING PIECES OF DOG SHIT!!!

This site is a scam. He makes you transfer to third party accounts and claims he hasn’t received payment. Just operating a scam website. DO NOT DEAL SEND ANY MONEY.

I would want to give them no stars complete scam and take your money and don’t deliver the product

This is a SCAM company. Do not use them. They are thieves.

Do not use this company! They look legit but when wanting payment they sounded desperate and their spelling was the first sign it wasn’t in Australia! I’m disappointed with the Commonwealth Bank as they held the payment for 48 hours while doing a security check yet they still went ahead and paid them. All correspondence has ceased is a sure sign $308 is gone forever and I hope these scumbags rot in hell.

Scam artists 100% learn from my mistake… if I had of seen these reviews first I would have dodged them! , DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY TO THIS SCAM ARTIST. The second you do they stop communicating, immediately dispute transaction with your bank, and report website to cyber tracker. Cost me $400 for absolutely nothing, dogs!

Scam, they even provide an Australian post tracking no, but than demand more money to be delivered!!!!
