Don't Bother
The first time I ordered from here, for collection, it took nearly a week to receive the ready to collect email. I gave them the benefit of the doubt as things can happen. The second time I ordered, for collection again, I waited a full 7 days with no communication from Mega or a ready to collect email. Today I receive an email as they are refunding the order. No reasons why just the refund notification. I will not be ordering online from them ever again. Even delivery is extortionate pricing. Instore you can get some good items but their online ordering system leaves alot to be desired. I really wouldn't bother.

Hi, we’re really sorry to hear about your experience and the lack of communication.
Unfortunately, the reason for the refund was that the item went out of stock while we were processing your order, and we weren’t able to fulfil it in time. We fully understand how frustrating the delay and lack of updates must have been, and we sincerely apologise for this.
Your feedback on our collection service and communication has been noted, and we’ll use it to improve going forward. If you’d like to discuss this further, please don’t hesitate to contact us at orders@megaretailer.com.
