Great selection of photos. I’m a graphic designer so I work on a lot of different types of projects and Megapixl has allowed me to find photos to complete a myriad of customer projects with a single subscription. Customer service is great as well!

I had set up an account a while ago, while I was looking for photos to use in a presentation. The plan for the presentation changed, and I no longer needed them. I thought I had cancelled my free trial, so was surprised when two payments came out. My administrator alerted me to the first, but I logged onto my Dreams account, as that is what the payment said on the bank statement, and there were no payments or card details, so I assumed it was someone else.

A month later it happened again, and no one had said it was them. My administrator contacted Dreams and it turned out it was a Megapixl account, which I had also set up, and had clearly forgotten to cancel my monthly fee.

We emailed them, and I explained the situation - and they refunded me everything.

I'm really impressed, a lot of companies wouldn't have done this. I recently went to the cinema on a Saturday evening, with three teenagers, only to find out that when I'd got home on the Friday, tired from work, I'd booked for the Friday evening, not the Saturday. They refused to swap the date around, I've contacted Cineworld, and they haven't replied in yet. A bit of goodwill would have gone a long way, but instead, I'm very unlikely to return to Cineworld now

I did have issues when I wanted to download a picture; in fact I was charged three times! But a simple email quickly resolved the issues, refunds were issues, and I don't have to worry about getting more pictures right away. Thank you, Kati, for a refreshingly simple and quick resolution.

The website is a scam When you start your trial week, you can download the images, but they still have a watermark. Extra fees are charged for everything. Save your money and get your images elsewhere.

Great inventory of images, easy to use system and great customer support!

They have a misleading free trial where the pictures still have a watermark (apparently for quality check) and it also adds a big button beneath each picture. Clicking the button results in being charged for a monthly subscription without any prior explanation or confirmation. After contacting the company via email for a refund, they quickly responded and asked for confirmation that I wouldn't use any downloaded images. I agreed, and they quickly issued a full refund. I'm unsure if this is the common experience for everyone or specific to those who used PayPal, like me.

Overall, it was a stressful experience because I thought I had lost 100 bucks.

Really garbage, fake free trial highly recommend not to signup for it.

I signed up for a free 7 day trial. The next morning I notice a charge for $109 on my paypal! Very deceptive site! Don't sign up! They can't be trusted.

EDIT: I disputed with Paypal and contacted Megapixl. Megapixl promptly refunded my money. I had to delete all downloads, which was fair. I upgraded my review to 3 stars because of this. I am still not sure how it happened, but she informed me all downloads from the free trial come watermarked - I guess the free trial is just to determine quality of images? So, the free trial is a waste of your time.

not clear enough, they will charge you by tricking you into clicking some links and not asking for confirmation.. Just lost 60$ to this website, i m really pissed off..
