We already sell to all of EU via Amazon, we wanted to work together specially on all fields outside of Amazon. We have partners in different countries we do not want to infringe: they picked up this start and did a perfect & professional job.
We worked for 18 months, in these have had contact to all parts of Meezy, most being very professional, enclosed are the details:
Onboarding: 5-star
Set-up of articles: 5-stars
Marketing: 5-star (I would give 6 if it was possible)
Keeping markets separated, with all complications involved: 5 stars
Warehousing: 4-star (but FAR better than most other warehouses we work with !)
Bookkeeping and reporting: a nightmare, zero stars - this being the main reason we stopped: if you need reports on time for merging of accounts in partnerships -or for OSS reports- you are lost: the ghosting from this department being the least of the problems.
Management changed this in January - and in March - but no change to the better.
Conclusion: If you are a small company (and you have time for accounts) wishing to start PAN-EU then Meezy is the perfect partner: if you already are an EU seller and/or need any papers on deadlines: don't start with Meezy.
Also the stopping of the partnership worked very amicably: we made sell-offs and got back the products from the warehouse: all perfect: But we are still waiting for the final report sheets: our mails are not even answered by bookkeeping since August ...
... we actually hope that THIS report of experience will FINALLY make a change and we have it before the years end.

Ga geen samenwerking aan met dit bedrijf, behalve als je van je geld af wilt!
Beloftes worden niet nagekomen helaas. Facturen sturen kunnen ze wel, maar afspraken nakomen helaas niet. Na 1 jaar eindelijk online met 1 product en liepen we weer van probleem naar probleem. Als je begint te klagen zeggen ze meteen dat je beter de samenwerking man stoppen. Ik zou zeggen weed gewaarschuwd en ga geen samenwerking aan met dit bedrijf ‘meezy’

Voor Meezy werkte ik met andere…
Voor Meezy werkte ik met andere marketplace agencys, maar geen van hen kan tippen aan Salma (onze acc manager). Salma geeft echt om de resultaten – niet alleen op advertentie vlak, maar ook op andere gebieden van hoe we het gehele account kunnen optimaliseren. Ze gaat echt boven en beyond haar taken om haar expertise te delen.
De communicatie met Salma is top. Ze reageert snel en is altijd op de hoogte van de zaken. Zij behandelt het account alsof het haar eigen is.
Meezy is een waardevolle aanwinst voor mijn bedrijf en ik ben zo dankbaar voor alle hulp. Ik ben er ook zeker van dat Meezy hetzelfde voelt over het hebben van zo’n onmisbare brand manager!

Normaal gesproken schrijf ik niet snel…
Normaal gesproken schrijf ik niet snel een review, maar in dit geval maak ik graag een uitzondering. Mijn ervaring met deze partij was helaas teleurstellend. Ze lijken zich vooral te richten op de onwetende e-commerce ondernemer en hanteren stevige tarieven zonder een duidelijk plan van aanpak of realistische prognose.
Transparantie en strategie zijn cruciale elementen in deze branche, maar die ontbraken hier volledig. Het is belangrijk om samen te werken met een partij die niet alleen de kosten goed weet te berekenen, maar ook daadwerkelijk meedenkt over de groei en toekomst van een onderneming. Helaas was dat hier niet het geval.
Voor ondernemers die op zoek zijn naar een betrouwbare en strategische partner, raad ik aan verder te kijken.

Bedankt voor je review, al vinden we het natuurlijk jammer te horen dat jouw ervaring niet positief is geweest.
We hebben in onze CRM en klantgegevens gezocht, maar kunnen helaas geen "Nico van der End" of een bijbehorend bedrijf terugvinden als (voormalige) prospect/lead van Meezy. Ook via LinkedIn en onze eerdere poging tot contact via Trustpilot hebben we geen aanvullende gegevens van je mogen ontvangen.
We nemen dit soort feedback serieus en komen graag in contact om het te bespreken en te begrijpen wat er precies is misgegaan. Zou je ons kunnen mailen op marketing@meezy.eu met meer informatie over je ervaring of je gegevens?
Voor de volledigheid willen we ook graag toelichten hoe wij te werk gaan voordat we met een klant in zee gaan. Elke samenwerking start bij ons met een grondige audit waarin we onder andere kijken naar:
- Het zoekvolume op relevante marketplaces (Wij gebruiken hier Helium10 & Boloo voor)
- De prijspunten en concurrentieanalyse
-Reviews van concurrenten
-Beschikbaarheid van productdocumentatie (zoals ERP)
- Een audit van de listing (titel, bulletpoints, SEO), main image, en PPC-campagnes
-En indien mogelijk vragen we toegang tot het Amazon-account om de volledige accountstructuur te beoordelen
Op basis van deze analyse maken we een maatwerk groeiplan.
Wanneer uit onze analyse blijkt dat er onvoldoende potentieel is of dat de basisvoorwaarden ontbreken, zijn wij daar transparant over. In dat geval adviseren we eerlijk om (nog) niet te starten, en geven we praktische handvatten mee zodat je op een later moment wél succesvol kunt instappen.
Wij richten ons expliciet op serieuze, groeiende e-commerce merken. Inmiddels werken we voor meer dan 200 actieve klanten die ons hun volledige marketplace strategie toevertrouwen.
We vinden transparantie en strategie juist essentieel in wat we doen, en willen je daarom ook uitnodigen om in gesprek te gaan zodat we dit kunnen toelichten - mits je daadwerkelijk in contact met ons bent geweest. Mocht er sprake zijn van een misverstand, dan willen we dat uiteraard rechtzetten.

I had high hopes when I signed a contract with Meezy in May, expecting a smooth expansion of my business to multiple marketplaces. They promised to handle everything—product listings, translations, PPC management, customer service, VAT compliance, and more. What did I actually get? Excuses, delays, and half-finished work. Now, I demand a refund for their services, but after letting me wait for a month for a reply, they offer to pay back €2,000, which means I paid €3,000 for about 20 translated listings (done with AI by one of their teammembers in Egypt). I feel scammed and would not recommend working with Meezy.

Hey Tom, we think it's very unfortunate that you had a bad experience.
We have to admit that we're taken a bit aback by your review, as it does not match our experience, nor the experience that you've made us believe you had throughout up until a couple weeks back where you started demanding your money back.
As of the time of writing, your products are published and active on each of the marketplaces initially agreed upon.
Over 170 orders have been generated thus far, and revenue is consistently growing MoM as we speak.
The project did take longer than anticipated, for which we sincerely apologize, and back it up by having went way beyond the budget in order to progress through it, and waiving many months of payments for this very reason.
Not every project is the same. This one for instance had issues with EAN codes being occupied under different content, products being suppressed due to various reasons, Kaufland misinterpreting your products and recategorizing under wrong categories - problems unrelated to our team's efforts but part of the usual hassle of selling on marketplaces.
As for the content, we have updated each piece of content various times without hesitation, going over the keywords research multiple times, and incorporated it into the content.
Also did we design a brand book along with a storefront for Amazon, completely for free. Opposite to your belief, the translation of 35+ listings to four different languages were not done by AI.
We loved working on your products and are very saddened it having to end like this, but regardless we wish you and your brand the best of luck going forward.
