Do not order from this company if there is the slightest chance that you might need to return an item!!! I have been trying for 3 weeks daily to get a returns label and every day I get an email from them saying I have sent a blank email which is complete rubbish. I’m now at the stage I’ve just about given up on them because I’m getting absolutely nowhere.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a swimsuit for vacation well over a month ago and still haven’t received it. I’ve contacted customer service over and over and over again and get the same reply every time. They will do nothing to help me. Won’t give me my money back. Won’t ship another suit. Please don’t waste your time with this company!

I just wanted to edit my review to add that after threatening to contact the BBB, they finally gave me my money back. You’d think they would’ve done that a long time ago but here we are.

Horrible!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They are a China based company who would not give me the return address for inferior merchandise. They twice tried to BARGAIN with me offering various odd amounts in the way of credits and small dollar funds returned, if I kept the product! Outrageous! Only when I said I was reporting them to my credit card company and the BBB, did I finally get an address. Still had to pay for the original and return shipping! Never have I experienced this kind of nonsense before! WARNING!WARNING!WARNING!

I placed an order and wanted to return a couple items, they said they would either give me a credit for their website for the full amount or a refund for 40% of what
I paid. I took the credit and reordered some items. 1 item was a different color that in the pics and the other the torso was too short for me so I contacted them. This time I got a response that said they will not be helping me as there is no refunds or exchanges because I used a gift card for this order. I'm willing to pay to ship them back but they now ignore me. Wont be ordering again.

Beware this company. I specifically chose a co.uk website so I could return the item if needed. The item has faulty stitching over the bust, which means it cannot be worn (and is of poor quality). However the company is in the US and they are refusing to take responsibility, repeatedly offering a,credit note only. It was free shipping but they're suggesting I pay to return if I want a refund. Avoid at all cost

Absolute scammers. Never buy from them. Their sizing is completely wrong. They refuse to refund. They lie. They give you the runaround. They refuse to let you speak to a boss. Disgusting company. They can't even use proper English.

Return Policy is BS

I followed their guidelines on returning the swimsuits I didn't want. They even agreed that they received the items at their warehouse and owe me $140. That was in October. I have still not seen the money.

When ordering swimwear I checked the returns policy as I wanted to order a couple of sizes to make sure one fitted.

The items arrived, they did seem good quality but the problem started when trying to return. For my refund I was expecting £63, but they offered £20 refund. Eventually I had to agree to £45 refund and to keep all the items which I am going to sell. It was so much effort to even get £45 and took about 3 weeks to be agreed and a further month to receive the money!

I would not recommend buying from Meet Curve. They can't stand by their own policies and waste your time to try to get your money back. (Trust me I argue too)

Reading the reviews AFTER I had purchased I was concerned about the quality of the garment. It does take awhile to come perhaps three weeks. However, I’m extremely happy with the quality fitting and style of the tankinis I had purchased.
More than happy with the products. Thank you.

Ordered 3 swimsuits delivery was quick but I wanted to return the suits as I didn’t like the fit. Emailed support got a “ticket “ number in 24 hours . All great service but… it took 4 attempts to contact support to request a return address label on the 4th attempt they said there was no return near me one was located in New Jersey in USA. I live on the west coast of Canada. They then offered a coupon of 120.00 $ to be used on one order or refund of 35.00$ on a charge of 120.00.$ No total refund no return of goods. If I accepted the cash offer I could keep the goods but as I didn’t like them that really didn’t help. I wouldn’t shop this site again due to the poor return policy unless you are sure it’s the right size colour etc don’t order from them.

I'm so not sure if this site is legit.
All their clothing reviews are positive, but have such unusual combinations of remarks that I feel uneasy.
I emailed them for more information, and it sounds ok, but again the wording, punctuation etc is not quite right, "Thank you so much for your support about our company. Our company is located in US. The suppliers of products are in Asia, We have warehouses in the United States and Asia, and orders will be shipped from different warehouses based on inventory".
I'm thinking it's a Chinese company, with a team of employees writing positive reviews.
Now, after reading the reviews here, I will avoid. Disappointing as the clothing and swim gear looks terrific & I found tons of things I wanted to purchase.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Do not buy! You pay them your money then you get an email with a fake tracking link and the contact email is fake and just bounces everytime! I finally got in contact when I raised a dispute with my bank. They couldn’t resolve as I did receive the goods after I tried several times to cancel (couldn’t do this due to fake contact and no number) wanted me to return goods to USA and pay the £20+ postage. I refused and said I wanted a free returns label which they never provided. Said I could keep the goods (that don’t fit annyway) and would pay me a refund. They have been saying they are unable to pay the refund while a dispute is open and now it’s closed they are saying their refund system is down (and has been for 3 months now) they keep closing my ticket and I am re-opening it every time! I always look at reviews and for some reason I just didn’t this time and I regret it! They now have £155 of my money and I am still fighting to get it back.

Meet curve, be warned I will harass you daily until I receive my money and I will make sure your name is slandered wherever I see it until a refund is provided!

I purchased bathers that didn’t fit properly asked to return I was told same as others I could keep item and they would give me credit note. Now I have bathers that are no good to me. So I used the credit note and purchased a dress. Once received it was crap, material, make and size. Asked to return umm NO CANNOT RETURN IF PURCHASED WITH CREDIT NOTE.
Please beware people don’t get caught by these rouges. I will never purchase from them again. We should boycott them til they change their policies

Please no one buy anything from this company - they are conmen and crooks - I bought some swimsuits from them under the misimpression they were a uk based company - when I tried to return the items they said I could keep them and they would give me a credit note - I said I wanted my money back and that’s when I had a lightbulb moment. They said I could send them back to USA but I would have to pay for return. I turned down that request. I am going to take it further and report the company.

very very poor quality swimwear, no bust support for larger women. Not even hemmed just cut off. Size was not as specifications. Made very poorly in China. Do not buy from this site. Impossible to return.

I was really worried after i read the reviews ( i ordered then read them ) but i have to say i dont see a problem took about week to come got sent tracking that worked there good quailty actually better than some other places in the uk that i have brought from . My swimsuit could do with a little more support i wont be going down any water slides on holiday in it but for just lougeing around the pool its perfect . The colour said yellow and looked yellow in the pic buts it actually a peachy colour but still lovely . The bikini i ordered is perfect feel really supported and fits great . I would order again

This is a scam company, don’t order from them. They will offer you a credit not to return their shoddy goods and when you try to use it, it won’t work and they’ll take more money. Everyone is their customer service team is called Karen, they don’t acknowledge complaints and go round in circles. It’s a scam firm don’t be tempted.

I ordered swimsuits according to their size chart but needed a size smaller. Absolutely impossible to return and get what I needed!!! In the end I was beaten down and accepted a partial refund and am left with swimsuits I can't wear.
Company is exceedingly difficult to deal with.
