You have a good range of clothing ideas, and I love the abundance of colour

The item did not fit so I went to return it. Unfortunately return is the the USA which is not explained on the returns policy (because I checked before I bought and had accepted I would need to pay a return. This is one of these companies that offers you a fraction of the cost back rather than you having to pay for a return. In my opinion this is really unfair and they should make it clear on the website.

Do not buy from this company. Ordered a swimsuit and it was too big. Advised them of request for an exchange and they replied they are based in the US and would give me a credit to re-order without having to return but have not heard anything from them since. I have emailed daily for a week now and there is no reply. £45 lost.

I purchased 2 bathing suits for 80$, they ended up being partly too small, partly just lacking material to properly cover (at the time I figured it was just a size issue). I wanted to return them but they would only give back 20$ if I mailed the pieces back, or I could get store credit for the full amount. I took a chance and picked the latter. When they sent me the code for this credit, they called it a gift card but I thought nothing of it. I then proceeded to purchase a few other items with the code provided for 85$, going one size up because of my previous experience. When they arrived, I saw that not only they were much larger than the previous ones, but they somehow still did not provide enough coverage. I concluded that their designs are just weirdly shaped, so I reached out to exchange once more, this time, I was going to get accessories, beach bags, etc. items that I was sure not to have an issue with. However, they denied an exchange, saying I used a “gift card” and that those items are final sale. After asking for them to reconsider, all I got was an email saying that they assume everyone reads their fine print and that nothing could be done. All in all, I have plenty of completely unusable, bad quality and ill fitted pieces and they took all my money completely shamelessly. Don’t make the same mistake I did, go shop elsewhere!

I was excited to order new swimsuits for a holiday. I paid £17 express delivery but unfortunately this was not quick enough so items arrived too late. Ordered 2 styles and 2 colours. One style is OK, the other not so I looked up returns. You have to contact before returning which I did. I asked to return 2 of the 4. I was asked to consider a credit note and keep the items rather than a refund. As I would not need more items if keeping 2 post holiday, I said I’d prefer the refund. I was then offered a refund on one item plus postage and to keep items to give to friends. This is all a bit of a pain to be honest. My advice would be to change return policy to unreturnable and be explicit on delivery times so people can make an informed decision to purchase or not. My last two emails have not been responded to so I am afraid this is where my review lands as a result. I probably won’t ever wear the items I like now as it will remind me of an unsatisfactory customer experience.

Trying to return items is a nightmare. They would not provide me with a return address despite asked numerous times. Felt like a delay tactic so I would run out of time to return the items. I certainly will not be buying from them again.

Apart from the length of time for the delivery, l am satisfied with the product, pleased with the fitting and the colour.

Simply the best swimsuits I have bought in years. Incredibly flattering, first rate designs. I would recommend MeetCurve to anyone! They are not the cheapest but most definitely worth their price.

Having read the trustpilot reviews and panicking, I emailed the customer service within 9 minutes of placing my £60 order to cancel. I actually sent 3 emails all while the transaction was showing as “processing”. They’ve now replied in terrible English that my orders been sent to logistics (a blatant lie), and can’t be refunded. Their own T’s&C’s state that if the order is still showing as processing, you can cancel & have a full refund. Suspiciously I am now unable to log into my account and they are ignoring my emails. Just feel so stupid that I’ve been duped like this.

Ordered several swimsuits in several designs, and had to return the majority of them, basically because I am a funny shape. Returns policy was a nightmare, they just don’t want you to return anything! I only brought from here because it said UK, but returns address was USA and I had to pay for it myself. So although I got a part (small) refund, I am left with 6 swimsuits I can’t wear or return. Out of pocket and will not order again

Whilst goods took a while to arrive, they were good quality and fit well. Just what I needed.

I liked the top, but they won’t allow me to return the bottoms as they do not fit me. They offered me some money back but not even half of what I paid for them and they keep pushing me to just keep them

Stay clear if this company - it's a scam. Items cannot be returned, company doesn't answer emails, refunds are not given.

Items are ok but ‘returns policy’ is a joke. They clearly have no intention of allowing returns. As soon as I contacted them to ask how I went about returning the items that didn’t fit, they started haggling. I just wanted to return them. They started by offering a £20 refund (for a £70 order), but I could keep the items to ‘save on return postage’. I didn’t want the items. They don’t fit. I made it clear I just wanted to return the items, unworn, for a refund. Eventually they increased it to £32 and made it clear that was the best they could do. They suggested I gave the items to friends or donated them!!! I ended up accepting because it was obvious they would fight. Borderline illegal. Don’t use them if you’re not certain things will fit or work for you.

Whilst the products seem like ok quality, a couple of things didn’t fit so I wanted to return. The website said this would be easy. They either offered me a refund of 25% of the price I paid and I keep the products, a gift card for the amount and I keep the products or I pay to return the items and I get the refund (the return address was in America and I’m in the UK so this would have cost a fortune)

Very impressed with quality of the swimsuit and at a reasonable price
