Rapid response!!! My girls love them thanks!!!!

Je suis partagé sur ce produit. La peluche est douce mais on s'attend à beaucoup plus de qualité pour ce prix équivalent à des doudous de grandes marques. De plus, toutes les peluches ne se valent pas. J’ai commandé 5 lapins et ceux avec le "broody" brodé à la patte sont bcp moins doux que ce avec un ideogramme chinois. Je pense que leurs marges sont très confortables. Par contre leur SAV est au top! Ils m'ont renvoyé immédiatement 2 lapins en remplacement de ceux que j'avais reçu abîmés. Mériterait plus d'étoiles si le prix etait plus bas.

I just got my three grumpy bunnies broody, they are so soft and cute they came vacuum packed all three fit in mailbox, I can not wait to give them to my grandbabies I know they will love them.They do take awhile to ship but they are worth the wait.

Absolutely adorable and funny rabbit. My daughter absolutely loved it. Highly recommend. Very soft. Just have to keep it away from our golden retrievers as they love it too!

I paid extra for express shipping expecting safe delivery. The parcel was marked as delivered, but it was left unattended and I never received the item. The package showed signs of tampering and the contents were missing.

I contacted the seller multiple times, but they refused to provide a refund or replacement and placed all responsibility on the courier. PayPal and the bank process were extremely difficult due to the seller’s lack of cooperation.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company if you expect accountability or customer support when something goes wrong.

I ordered the Broody plush and absolutely love this little guy. He is exactly as pictured and described!

Ordered the 2 pack, had to contact customer service and I cannot recommend this company enough, the bears are amazing, well made and have a RBF to rival mine. We are going to get along just fine.

I ordered 3 direct from the website, but needed it shipped overseas to our duty station so knew there would be a bit of a wait. When they arrived, one of them had a hole in his leg (probably kicking around in the box) so I emailed the company with a picture. Not only were they concerned with the hole, they were concerned with the transit time so offered to ship direct to a local address if possible. I gave them a local address overseas and they shipped it out the same day! Thanks! These grouchy bunnies will have great homes for the holidays!

Amazing people! I ordered three, when I saw the package was opened and there was only two of them (I assumed there was one missing). I sent an email to them requesting some help and they immediately responded and said they would make it right.
Unbeknownst to me, my wife had taken one out and left it in her car... I then updated them on the issue and they said the replacement was already on it's way and to not bother returning it because it would be too much of a hassle for ME! Talk about service...
They are amazing, the Broody's are amazing! They love them!
