First of all I'm upset with my pharmacy Lewis and Clark because they never told me that they were sending my information to a third party delivery service to deliver my prescriptions second of all it's a horrible horrible business I get a phone call from them telling me to have my ID ready between 4:30 and 5:00 for my prescription delivery so I'm waiting and waiting and waiting it's coming up on 7:00 and nothing I call them nobody answers I have to leave a message so I called back but clicked on billing problems and somebody answered and told me that my prescription was brought back to the pharmacy I called the pharmacy and they told me they don't have it the driver still has it so I don't know where my controlled substance medication is I still don't have it and if I find out that driver kept it all night I am filing charges and having him arrested

Disappointing experience with MedZoomer – unpaid $10,387 invoice

I am sharing this based on our genuine business experience with MedZoomer.

Our company provided managed customer support VA services to MedZoomer. After the transition of our VA team to work directly under their agency, a final invoice remained outstanding for 1,991 hours of work, totaling $10,387.

When we followed up about the unpaid invoice, Marvin Kloss, CEO & Founder of MedZoomer, explained that the company was undergoing a fundraising process and restructuring its accounting department. He specifically told us that the payment would be prioritized and processed as soon as possible.

We relied on that commitment and continued to follow up professionally. Despite multiple reminders and requests for updates, the invoice remained unpaid, eventually reaching more than seven months without settlement.

We also cooperated with MedZoomer's transition process even though it placed our team in a difficult position. Our VAs were asked to sign new contracts, and we allowed the transition because we did not want our team members to lose their jobs and wanted to facilitate a smooth transition after years of working together.

We understand that businesses can experience financial and accounting difficulties. However, when a company acknowledges an outstanding obligation and commits to resolving it, we believe that commitment should be honored.

This has been a disappointing experience, particularly after the work was completed and we cooperated fully with the transition.

We hope MedZoomer will honor its commitment and settle the $10,387 outstanding balance so this matter can finally be resolved professionally.
