I did my cert 3 in Health administration, I had 10 modules to complete by a certain date. I missed the dead line but I was given extra time which was very helpful.

When completing the modules I would get a lot of feedback on the questions I did right and wrong. The trainers were very helpful.

The course was structured well for learning. Introducing concepts gradually and building up the skills needed for the last section of the assessment. Having not studied for many years and not having an online study experience before, the process was slow for me, but I really enjoyed the content of the course. Overall, the course was set up very well. I was impressed especially with the swift response from the training staff.

I have an extensive background in the TAFE sector and have completed numerous qualifications. I have to say, the enrolment process, response times and eLearning platform with MAT are fantastic. The resources provided actually help you answer the assessments and I feel like I'm actually learning the content.
Assessments are marked quickly and new units are released just as quick.

I found MEDTRAIN absolutely fantastic to deal with from the enrolment to completion. Every trainer I had was very prompt with marking and correspondence, couldn’t fault the process at all.

My learning experience was really good. The course learning material is really good with gave a good in depth knowledge. The faculty are very helpful in encouraging and explaining to complete the course.

The information was delivered with the learner in mind.

I struggled to finished in the timeframe selected due to personal reasons and they extended this for me which I was very grateful for.

I thoroughly enjoyed completing my course with Medical Administration Training. The course content was up to date and relevant to industry workplaces in 2024. The trainers were quick to mark assessments and it was easy to contact someone if I required assistance.

Really loved the help that teachers provided every time I messaged them for assistance. However, I do believe that some instructors could improve their way of communication. As in, their way of communicating was slightly confusing at times. Sometimes, the comments I would get on my assessment could be inferred from two meanings. So, I think instructors need to be a little more straight forward and clear with the language they use for giving feedback.

A business that has poor communication with rude and aggressive administration staff, I would not recommend starting a course with this company.

All the Trainers were very helpful, Always check and help me with my assessment as soon as I submit them even early morning or Saturday.

Comprehensive curriculum. Only problem was that course content notes cold not be downloaded nor printed.
