I found the system of online learning…very well organised and efficient.
I found the system of online learning and the timeliness of marking and responding to queries exceptional. There was no waiting around for anything.
All of the trainers had excellent feedback and a wonderful manner in their communications.

Great so far
Only just started my course but am enjoying it so far. The assignments are pretty easy to follow and the study material given gives all information you need to answer the questions and if you do get a question wrong, the trainers are usually pretty good at guiding you with the feedback they give. Assignments are usually marked within a day of you submitting and the next unit given to you within a few hours of you being deemed competent.

This was a really good organisation to work with. The modules and training were clear and relevant. If you had trouble you were given help by the staff so that you could better understand everything. Everything was self-paced and flexible. I highly recommend studying with them.

Overall happy to have completed this course. I found the flexibility of being able to complete it at my own pace advantageous. Was easily able to finish in the allocated time frame, even with a lot of distractions (kids) at home and working fulltime. Course content was relevant I found the feedback and encouragement from the course tutors helpful.

I really enjoyed this course, it is self paced and easy to follow.
Plenty of information and extra resources available to help out. The course content is practical and useful.
Great customer service as well, I could reach out via email or message within the system if I needed assistance.

I found the course very helpful; it has given me an understanding of how a medical practice works.
I understand that working in one will be different to completing the course online. It has given me the ability to apply for a job within the industry.

Amazing course and supportive trainers.
I have recently completed the certificate III in Medical Administration course at Medical Administration Training. All the course unit was very practical and real time scenarios. All the tutors and trainers was fantastic and gave me constructive feedback on my each units. Overall amazing and I really enjoyed doing this course at Medical Administration Training. I really appreciate the management of the MAT. Donna and Laura was very helpful since beginning of my course. Thank you very much once again. Very happy Monday. I would recommend my friends to do this course at MAT as well.
