For transparency, Mediumchat sent out emails asking users to leave reviews in the last few days here on Trustpilot. I will give mine honestly.

The good: Real people and not AI. The site allows me to chat with real human beings and that is a relief in when there's too much AI around that makes it difficult to trust in chats. Many of the readers are really lovely people who seem to care honestly and take a real interest. I don't know how they're treated by the site, but I hope it's well.

The Okay: There's an actual lack of 'mediums' on mediumchat, there's many many tarot and relationship readers, but not enough actual mediums that can speak to loved ones. I respect however this isn't something the site can really control as they get whoever they get signing up. You cannot easy search either, by reader gender, location or focus. For example it only shows languages. on profiles, not location. If I want a reader to be in the UK, the only way I can hope to find that is if they supply a video with a UK accent..

The concern: Extremely overpriced. The payment system works in a credit-per-minute. The problem is that having spent quite a while on this site, that there's a large number of readers who will take an extremely long time to reply. Not with long thought out paragraphs, but even just plain responses. I know there isn't any real way around this, but there is a natural incentive for readers to delay and stretch things out to increase the credit count. This wouldn't be so much of a problem if the cost of credits wasn't so outrageous. If you haven't got yourself hooked on this site yet, I'd really strongly suggest you consider your own finances as the pricing model is very high and bound to USD.

The bad: Basic site, no log history of past conversations, the photo sharing is in tiny pictures, you only have a week to save your logs or send to email for your own history. Considering the extreme price of the site, this is lacking. You also cannot really trust the reviews on the site itself. It seems every single reader I kid you not has 5-star reviews. Perhaps there needs to be away to leave feedback without having a name attached to it.

I have found a small group of truly trusted advisors on this site...not ones who tell me what I want to hear but ones who tell me what I need to know or be aware of and things they have told me, have come to pass.

fake readers .,nothing from any of their readings happened or was accurate , even after years . dont believe the good reviews . they post it themselves . There are some that sense the current situation and made up fake predictions based on that and others know nothing and just try to waste minutes and grap people money . they also filter all true negative reviews and only post positive ones that are all posted right after a reading so it is not about accurate predictions .

I used to work for them for some months. couldn't take it anymore. be fair it's like a community. Fair pay. They pay you weekly. Only good things to say about Mediumchat.....however...... the person on management who keeps treating coworkers like dirt (and this was well known. a lot of people behind the scenes talked about her behavior. gaslight, deceiving, dismissive, irony, reaching out off hours.....and the list goes on.......was a "happiness hero" ((name L...)) but it didnt seem so happy at all...... it's a good place with good people I was just shocked to see such a negative person having authority in such a positive work place..... I know a friend got fired because of her and it was personal....... Mediumchat better remove this manager before things get worse which it will..... the company has potential and great people

THE WORST AND THIEVES...DO NOT USE IT...NOT WORTH IT.NEVER SAW MY REFUND.I contacted the customer service on 10th june and 14th and on your website it says 36hours for a response and i had a response a week after so everything i memtioned is all real and TRUE.The point is NOT how many i got refunds as all was justified.The problem is and was I requestes a refund and within 36 hours i should get a reply .Reply i never had.

Gave an interview to work as an adviser for medium chat. Unfortunately it was not a nice experience because the lady who took my interview was a bit impulsive and rude. Stopped me in between did not let me complete my reading and said I will get an answer the next day. Too arrogant and judgemental.

Treat their staff like dirt,and you keep notes on customers on what was said,complete scam,my mother passed away and because i was unable to log in they let me go,yet i had excellent ratings,also they wre based in holland not the uk
