I have felt confident in Barbara’s knowledge and abilities since I first spoke with her. Barbara didn’t ‘sell’ me treatments it was a conversation about what I thought I would like and whether in fact that was a best plan for me. Barbara listened advised and then with more knowledge I was able to make a better more informed decision. I have returned several times and have always been very happy.

I’ve had a really positive experience with Medi Spa every time I’ve visited and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. From the moment you walk in, you’re made to feel welcome and at ease. The staff are absolutely lovely. Barbara and Dan lead by example and the staff are professional, friendly, and genuinely caring, which makes such a difference.

I’ve had various treatments all carried out to a very high standard, and everything is explained clearly so you feel confident and comfortable throughout. It’s clear they take great pride in what they do, and the attention to detail really shows.

Overall, an excellent service from a team who truly go the extra mile.

I have been visiting Medispa28 regularly over the last year for laser facials. The service is excellent the staff are always professional, friendly and helpful, I’m very happy with the results. Can’t wait to visit again and maybe even try some different treatments.

Dan & Barbara give evidenced advice. You never feel that you’re being “upsold” for the sake of it.
Always a good therapeutic experience.

Excellent through and through .

On my first visit, I was put at such ease. I was listened to and given a range of options .
Their portfolio of treatments just gets wider and are performed with such professionalism by the whole team.
I can’t thank them enough

Dan and Barbara are true professionals and always put me at ease, as well as explaining everything thoroughly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, and I always go away feeling a million dollars! Love them x

I had a really great experience at Medi-Spa 28. Barbara and Dan were both amazing. I’m quite nervous around needles, but they were so calm and reassuring that it actually put me at ease straight away.

They talked me through everything and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. It all felt very safe and professional, but also really friendly. I’m so glad I went and would definitely recommend them.
