The only way I got an unauthorised subscription refunded was to go to my bank, report it and within 2wks I got my money back. Emails to this company was full of apologies and a promise of full refund if I took my review down. That's blackmail. Fyi I also had to cancel my credit card so no other payments could be taken out. Dont bother contacting this company, go straight to your bank.

Surprise effective healing
I'm 82 years old smoker I bought medilisk lung cleanser about 3 years ago have bought over a dozen bottles since it has done some amazing things I had sinus allergies and I haven't been able to breathe through my right nostril for over 30 years I sprayed this in my nose and throat 2 or 3 times a day and at nigh before going to bed my lungs are clean I don't have allergies attacks anymore and I can breathe through my right nostril now apparently I had infected sinus for All those years turned out to be a very simple cure I didn't use all of the bottles I bought I gave them to my family and friends I keep a bottle on my kitchen table use it every day absolutely no side effects at all this is the cheapest cure over the years I've payed a lot for prescription meds that were just temporary I had no idea all this would happen I basically sprayed it in my nose to ease the burning stinging from my nose running constantly over time my allergies got less and less until they are now gone

Be very careful buying anything from this company - their checkout is very unclear and I ended up with three products instead of the two I wanted. They don't give you a summary of what you are buying before taking your money. They also sign you up to a monthly fee without your permission - this is in their terms and conditions and they took three payments off my credit card with out my permission and refused to refund me when I said I had not signed up for this.
They have refunded half of the monthly subscription they took without asking me and expect me to delete this post. they initially said they would look to return the full subscription. I believe people need to be aware of unscrupulous companies who include these type of automatic monthly subscriptions in their terms and conditions, which few people ever read as they are so legalistic, and do not inform people they will be taking the payment - you have to cancel even though you were never aware of it. I did ask them whether they had changed their terms and conditions and the answer was an emphatic NO. Be aware.

Change in formula?
I've been using the lung spray for around 6 months. While it's not the amazing results the advertising claims, it does calm a cough and it does thin the mucus making it easier to expell.
I just received another shipment, which arrived in less than 2 weeks.
There seems to be a CHANGE in the recipe.
It used to have a pleasant and invigorating flavor.
This new batch tastes awful and very medicinal.
I'm not happy about that.
On the fence about reorder or even continuing to use it.
I'm unsure if there is an intentional change in the formula or a failure at quality control...
Addendum..
The customer service team contacted me shortly after this review. They offered me a 30% discount and forego the return process.
I thanked them but declined as I had received the product in good faith and was assured of its quality.
I consider this to be a professional response.

Very poor experience with MediLisk.
Very poor experience with MediLisk.
My original order was marked as lost in transit, after which I was offered a replacement. I provided all required details and was told I would receive new tracking within a few days. It has now been over 12 days with no update, no tracking, and no proactive communication from their side.
I’ve had to chase repeatedly, and each time the response has been vague with no real resolution.
At this point, this feels highly unreliable. Either the order needs to be properly shipped with confirmed tracking immediately, or a full refund should be issued without further delay.
Would not recommend based on this experience.

I ordered their prime mascara a very lack lustre over priced mascara, would never order again. I then find they will be taking another 26.9 US dollars on PayPal. For what? I emailed Medilisk twice, no reply. I stopped any ongoing payments which PayPal sorted out. Find out this morning they've taken the money! What a con! Never buy from this company!

When I received the Lung Cleansing…
When I received the Lung Cleansing Spray (2) it had leaked about a quarter of the product. I let Medilisk know, not requesting a replacement but to let them know that better packaging might be called for, they responded with sending me a new bottle of Lung Spray. I have to say that it was a delight to receive such a response. When so many companies are risky to do business with online, Medilisk is standing as a company with integrity and true value for it's customers.

Ordered 1 thing noticed after that a 29.95 charge. Tried to call always busy phone not working. Tried emailing saying refund and cancel membership and stop further money from being taken.
