From start to finish, I could not have hoped for a better scenario! Medigo, and Sami Eric, we’re quick to respond and very professional. As for the surgery - I went to B.Care Clinic. They were kind, nurturing and took time to assist me with little things (changing money; SIM card) and the big things (listening to my questions and concerns). My surgeon, Dr. Anuchit Kitsombud, was excellent. I am so happy with the result. Dr. Elena and her team of nurses took superb care of me pre and post op. I had round-the lock care. Honestly, it was exceptional. I am more than pleased with my results.

Overall, my experience with Medigo was great. The contact made with Marina then via Yanhee Hospital was ideal. If I had any questions, these were promptly forwarded on and a response quickly given. This service definitely makes the whole daunting experience of traveling overseas for medical reasons super easy. I'd throughly recommend Medigo to my friends and family, some of whom have already asked how I booked my surgery and I've told them the details for Medigo.

Although I do have one negative point that severely stands out. I arrived at the hospital and was told my surgeon was away on leave for another few weeks to which I had no prior knowledge about. There was clearly a missing link between the hospital and Medigo to inform me of this. Although I sorted out other arrangements at the hospital, I lost an entire day of my holiday to correct this issue. I'm unsure where the fault lies but this was the only hiccup with my experience.

Overall, I highly recommend Medigo. My slight issue was a communication issue from the hospital themselves, one that didn't have too much of an influence on my surgery. Thank you for the service you provide.

I used Medigo for a hair transplant 18 months ago. The procedure didn't work at all, I have been in touch with them about getting a refund, sent through 3 different batches of photo's but they refuse to help me. They just sent me a list of there terms and conditions where they take no responsibility and basically ignored me. I have tried to post on their facebook page but they have blocked me. Do yourself a favour and avoid them

I read about Americans going abroad for more affordable surgery and wondered whether I could do that too. Trying to find a doctor and even a country through google is a mess. Especially for something as important as surgery (on you!). A poor or mediocre doctor could purchase his/her way up to the top of the search results so how do you really know?

The article was for another medical tourism company but it was brand new and didn’t have the surgery options I was looking for (rhinoplasty). It mentioned Medigo as well, so I checked it out. I liked that the website made me first choose what country and from there I could see many options and prices. What made me actually put my reservations aside was the reviews. There were good and bad (which means that theyre not fake!) and the bad reviews were mostly based off it taking a while to find a doctor, rather than some horror story.

I decided to give it a go and contacted them in Aug. I heard from Marcus the next day and we spent a couple weeks back and forth getting quotes from doctors. After selecting to move forward with one, I continued the conversation with the doctor and his office to schedule the date and all the specifics. I had surgery Sept 24th (so 2 months later) and everything went so well and exactly as expected. It’s been 2 weeks now and I love the results. Will definitely use them in the future should I anything else. And I would definitely recommend them to help with a process as scary and open ended as this!

Very disappointing experience. After submitting my info, more information was requested but the website link I was sent didn't work. I tried to upload photos and additional information a number of times. I then sent everything to a case manager who never got back to me until I followed up with her 10 days later. I was told that "no clinic had responded" and that she "would contact the clinics and get back to me". That was over 3 weeks ago. After submitting so much personal information, I was extremely disappointed to never get a response from Medigo. I am still looking for the right clinic BUT, I will definitely not be using Medigo and will not recommend this company to any friends or family.

Zu der Dame am Empfang die auch mit der Buchhaltung vertraut ist, empfehle ich zu etwas mehr Freundlichkeit und Respekt gegenüber den Kunden.

My first surgery ever so I was nervous, but the staff was very kind and helpful and the doctor did a really good job.

I arranged a (relatively minor) cosmetic procedure through Medigo with a doctor in Budapest. Their follow-up was clear and timely, and I appreciated having a pre-screened list of doctors/surgeons to choose from. This, combined with the individual reviews and information on the Medigo site, was a good starting point.

It is important to understand what they are (and what they're not) - they're basically a directory and referral service, not a guarantee of quality. So, as ever, caveat emptor - but, certainly, the information and services they provide are an excellent starting point for anyone thinking of going abroad for treatment. Overall, it was a very good experience!

Bueno a decir verdad me siento muy feliz de haber tenido el placer y el privilegio de ser seguido por este Team de verdad muy profesional y atento a los detalles, han pasado dasi 15 meses desde que los conocí y desde ese entonces no he tenido ningún tipo de problemas ni dudas porque Marina y sus colegas han tenido siempre un ritmo super. Puedo afirmar sin ninguna duda que los recomendaría a todos aquellos que buscan progecionalidad y sobretodo humanidad, gracias a todos.

I found Medigo whilst searching for affordable surgery abroad. I was so pleased that I did! It made my search easy and Sam Rucker was an absolute star!! I cant praise him enough!! He was assigned as my care team member and was very helpful and professional. He made all of the arrangements and all I had to do was book flights and get there! Thanks so much Sam!!
