Formal Complaint – Order 937085ME Not Received (USPS 9261290400211314360206)
Dear MEDICUBE Customer Support Team,
I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my order 937085ME (USPS tracking number: 9261290400211314360206).
This order contained devices and cosmetics that I purchased as gifts for my loved ones. Unfortunately, despite the tracking status, I have not received my package. This situation is extremely upsetting and disappointing for me.
What makes this situation even worse is the way it has been handled. I have provided all the information your team repeatedly requested — emails, confirmations, and even official PDF documentation from the courier service. From my side, I have done everything possible to resolve this issue: I checked around my property, spoke with neighbors and relatives, visited local offices, contacted the courier directly, and reached out to your support team multiple times asking for help.
Despite all of this, I am being completely ignored. It feels like this process is being deliberately delayed to avoid issuing a refund or replacement. This behavior is unacceptable.
I have been living at my address for a long time, and this is the first time I have ever experienced such a situation. It is shocking to see such unprofessional and irresponsible conduct from a company of your size.
Under the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act (815 ILCS 505), you are obligated to act in good faith, process claims fairly, and not delay or avoid your responsibilities. What is happening now clearly violates my rights as a consumer.
I demand an immediate resolution:
either a full refund,
or a replacement shipment.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will take further action, including:
publicly exposing this situation across all social media platforms and review websites,
sharing my full experience as an example of what appears to be a fraudulent system where customers’ funds are unlawfully held and cases are intentionally delayed,
filing complaints with consumer protection authorities,
and initiating legal action against your company for fraud.
I would prefer to resolve this matter without escalation, but your continued silence leaves me no other choice.
I expect an immediate response.
