This is company to stay well clear of if you value your job title and life style.
I really can't understand how this company still exists or are still operating.

I have worked Medicspro previously, and decided to reregister myself with them. The registration process started last year, when I have completed their registration package, and redone it in this year in april. Since then nothing happened, even though I have made multiple queries regarding my application. When I have managed to speak with them, they we always asking for another document to be filled out, or chasing my references. Recently, I have called them to find out, whether I'm compliant considering I have sent, completed, uploaded all the requested document, but they could not accept my DBS , which was issued a month ago. That was the end, I have ordered them to remove me from their database, and don't get in touch with me at all. It is a shambolic system, the 2 offices does not communicate with each other, sending out questionnaires that has already been completed.

Terrible experience with this agency. My work with them was only for a job that I have been on - just changing agency, regrettably with medics pro. I'm sure consultants are not all bad. But, my consultant?? that guys needs to be fired. Poor communication, very dismissive, lack professionalism, does not follow up promises, and disrespect me and my colleagues as if our income depends on him. Apparently, this is common observation from many staff who used to work with medicspro. Needless to say, I'm no longer working with this agency and I strongly discourage anyone who even think about this agency. They should start getting feedback from their locum staff about their consultants..

I would like to extend my sincere Thanks to Vikram Biswa and to let you know that your efforts and support have not gone unnoticed. There are times when shifts were dry and I would call early hrs of the morning or weekend and you would manage to look out for me. I appreciate the continuous support that I get during these hard times as an Agency Nurse. Thank you for being there for chats and encouragement with reassurance. I notice these little gestures including the professionalism and the friendly voice on the phone. People like you make me want to continue with Medicspro to the end. Thank you so much.

I worked with this agency for one long day shift and my experience being unvalued and unworthy with my skills was not worth it. I was asked to work 200 miles away for 30 pounds an hour. However, my based went down to 22 pounds based minus taxed I was really devastated and distraught for what they did. Never again Medicspro.

The greatest experience i have received is the availability of work whenever and wherever I was ready to work.
I appreciate allocation of shifts even at times when it goes so quiet.
MedicsPro Team has always doing whatever they could to keep me busy.
Sometimes however, I have been challenged by the distance and time I have to travel to work for example, driving from Bristol to Morriston Hospital in Swansea for a round trip of more than180 miles to go to work which takes not less than 1 hour and 45 minutes just one way.
I have been attending to these difficult shift due to the fact that i believe I have to be loyal and appreciative with MedicsPro.

Katie Thorby has benn my consultant since joining MedicsPro agency. She always maintains her professionalism. Very understanding and compassionate individual who goes out of her way to ensure that she addresses any issues encountered both professionally and personally. Katie is someone who you can count on. Non judgemental, trustworthy and honest person. The list goes on and on. Through her, and to mention Lucy McCarthy and Amelia Grocock, I feel like am a part off the team.

Above all, MedicsPro team is amazing. From all the recruitment consultants that I have been in contact with when I call the office including clinical manager. They listen and treat you with respect. Showcasing their level of expertise and competence in healthcare profession. Due to this, I have had an incredible experience working for MedicsPro. Mr.Michel Prince had been my recruitment consultant for over 10 years. He has now moved to "Mohogany table". During the time l was registered with their Agency he was very proactive and good and sourcing jobs from NHS and Private Hospitals. He would work tirelessly to make sure you settle well in the new job. I have on one occasion l left the Agency but found myself back. The reason being a better Agency. I would recommend them for anyone wishing to join a proactive Radiography Agency.

This company lacks any form of competence or integrity.
They do not pay for work that has been done. I strongly suspect that they are on the brink of insolvency. Best avoid them and look for someone competent to work for

My experience with Medics Pro has been a positive one ever since I joined in 2020. The team are fantastic and whoever I communicate with whenever I contact the main office during the day and on weekdays or the out of hours team at night and on weekends is always willing and ready to help. My consultant Amelia Grocock has been good to me. She is approachable, friendly and efficient. I remember having difficulty obtaining accommodation when I first arrived in Wales. Amelia’s helpful actions throughout my house hunting journey gave me peace of mind and reassurance that I was not alone. Amelia demonstrates good active listening when I converse with her. She is calm, reliable, knowledgeable and diligent. She is also alert as she usually anticipates events before they occur. During the period when I am yet to be booked for a shift, Amelia encourages me, remains hopeful and is optimistic that a shift will become available - which usually ends up being the case! Amelia is also actively on the look out for new opportunities for me. Her actions demonstrate that she has my best interest at heart. When I work on a ward for the first time, Amelia would call to check on me after the shift is over. On the few occasions I have encountered difficulties on some wards, Amelia has been supportive. Throughout these incidents, Amelia demonstrated empathy, was non judgemental and was quick to do whatever she could from her end to ensure the issues I faced got resolved. The pleasant experience I’ve had working with Amelia is not reserved for me alone. Having listened to the various testimonies from other nurses who Amelia represents, their experiences working with her mirror and sometimes exceeded mine. A recurring trait from each account i listened to was how each nurse felt Amelia was dedicated and gave her all to them. They felt that she genuinely cares about their welfare and wellbeing and I also echo this sentiment. So overall, I can hand on heart boldly say it has been an extreme pleasure working with Amelia and long may it continue!

I've been working as a locum radiographer at Medics Pro since 2023. While the job itself is okay, I've had problems with the company. They don't support employees trying to get new jobs. Despite doing my job well, they refused to give me a reference for my new position.

Payments are also an issue. I've experienced delays in getting paid and have had to follow up multiple times to receive my money. This has caused a lot of stress and financial problems.

I have worked with a few agencies over the years and I must say that none compares to MedicsPro in my experience.
From the signup process, Billy in compliance was extremely helpful, going over and beyond to get me integrated.
My current consultant, Amelia Grocock, is by far the most friendly and supportive I’ve had in all my years of working as an agency staff. She’s very approachable and extremely professional.
Other members of staff are equally exceptional in their own rights, showing professionalism and mastery of their domain. Worthy of note is Lucy McCarthy who coordinates a package I currently work on and does a fantastic job.
There are other great things about MedicsPro like the mobile app that lets you update your availability seamlessly and on the go; their out of hours staffing and enticing rates. But over and above, it’s the feeling of belonging that you get that makes them exceptional and that’s all thanks to the wonderful staff. Thanks guys.
